| Holly didn't know what to say at first, so she didn't say anything at all. She waited a few seconds before slowly pushing away from Leon and standing completely on her own. Her headache had mostly gone away and it was much easier to stand now that she wasn't pushing herself up.
She smiled. "Sir, asking a question isn't exactly putting one's life on the line." She says with a chuckle. She then turned to Alden. Slowly, she walked over to him. She looked up at him directly into his eyes. There was so much she wanted to say, but she knew that he and Eric were still going to leave. "I don't understand." Was all she said finally. "I'm not sure if everyone else will listen to me if I say to 'let you go'...but I'll say it anyway." Was all she said, all the while, not once breaking eye contact with Alden. |

| Holly's first instinct was to clench her fist together as Alden grabbed hold of her wrist. Still, she didn't break the eye contact.
"One moment please." She says. "It was given to me as a gift. A while ago. Why?" Her words were direct and to the point. She had never really thought about her shard. It was important to her though. Her mother gave it to her right before she died. Holly didn't ask questions, she just took it knowing that it would be something from her mother that she could keep with her. She never wondered about it...until now... |

| Kira glanced from one man to the other. She didn't know what was going to happen, but knew that it was going to postpone getting to that house.
She let out a sigh and flopped down on the ground, sitting Indian style as she continued to look from Mune to Scain. she figured that if there was any extreme danger for whoever was in that house, she would have been able to sense it. And who knows, maybe this is what she was meant to be there for. For all she knew, it could be anything. |

| Everything happened so quickly. Before Eevie could thank Kiera for the coffee, let alone greet the woman, there was something going on. She shot a quick glance at Alexander, then over to Francine. Just as Francine had instructed, she made her way over to her, giving Laramie a nod as she passed him. She couldn't help but be relieved that the wasn't the only one new to this scene. | |||

| Holly froze. She looked up at Alden, almost outraged. "I'm afraid you're mistaken with the name...unless Josiah was named after someone he was related to..."
She took a few steps back from Alden, lifting her arm up and clutching her shard at her chest. She shook her head, finally breaking their eye contact. She pushed past Alden and stood in the doorway, looking in both directions. Where the fuck did he run off to?!she thought angrily. After everything...her mother's death...finally escaping her father...Josiah was all she had. Alden couldn't have been right. She then turned back and faced Alden. "I may be willing to negotiate anything else...but if anyone harms, him, I swear, I'll..." She didn't know what to say. She didn't know what she would do even. She still held her shard at her chest, now with both hands, and leaned in the doorway. Come to think of it...I never even knew where he came from...Holly looked down to the ground, fearing that tears would be springing into her eyes at any second. |

| Holly's shard, which was still clenched tightly in her hands instantly activated as she hit the ground. By the time she turned to see the attack, her shield was already around her.
The shield easily repelled the attack, since it wasn't one of the strongest moves, she was sure. Soon as it was over, the shard again deactivated itself and she bolted toward the door. "Bastard!" |

Fushigi Yuugi**  'Least you didn't butcher the pronunciation as horribly as Laurie's dad did, Xei. Though, he now refers to the anime as "F you" XD (Psst...Xei, you'd make an EXCELLENT Nuriko.)
Well, its a shame that it isn't really all that known, cuz there are a lot of characters, and they are all really cool...and there's a lot you can do with the story. Getbackers would be cool too...though I'd definitely have to read up on it more... FMA, same thing... Naruto...no. What else...Hmmm...I like Gravitation!  Inu Yasha is cool too of course...hmmm...Fruits Basket!!! **hearts that manga/anime** But that one is REALLY girly...'least in Fushigi Yuugi, while it's like one big romantic story, it's also got a lot of other elements to it as well.

Hmmm....I had like...4 user names, and two of them were just to celebrate something happening on the board...like Darth Katana when Episode III came out, and Shredtana, when we had the spree... I started off with Katana, changed it to Raven for a little while...but I feel weird with a new name, so unless there's something going on, its pretty safe to say it'll always be Katana. Oh! Origin of the name...Both Raven and Katana are two characters that I have (Haven't used either in AGES). Katana goes way back to second grade though...well, the concept of her, not exactly what she is today.  I had made up a character and named her Katana due to my "Mortal Combat" obsession at the time. **Gets lost in nostalgia** Good times...good times. |

I'm in the farthest timezone in the US and his B-day only just showed up at like 9:30 at night.
