| zomfg!! Obsessed...yes...obsessed...thats the best word for me concerning this anime/manga atm.
So far I only own up to number 8 in the Manga (We have up to 13, 14 in Japan, and I think its ending at 16...not sure...) It's one of the cuttest things I've ever seen and the characters really grow on you. They did on me at least. The anime, however, is only 26 episodes...So I'd say this is one of those things where the manga is the real thing to get into....the anime is a bit entertaining though. 
Another thing I like about it is, the main character, Tohru Honda, is really cute...but I don't find her to be the usual, annoying, main female character I often find in anime. |

Jin...sorry, but I'm gonna be a bit of a nag here. :p Now, this is your personal life, so perhaps you didn't give much details on why because they're too personal...but judging from what I've seen...(The military is like infested with my family, all branches too, so yeah... ) you can't go into the military 'just because'. If you decide to go along with it, then please, do so for your own personal reasons and nothing else. Otherwise, you won't be happy...and won't do as well as you could, ya know?

| Like Van said...the heat doesn't bother me. As I've mentioned before, that's probably got a little to do with the fact that I'm anemic and my blood's kinda thin. **shrugs** The only place the heat has really gotten unbearable for me is center city once in a while. The humidity is what kills...and then all the people and comotion going on doesn't help either. I'm sure a lot of you know what I'm talking about. So on those days, I only go downtown when I really have to and only to run errands. Otherwise, I usually hang out in NE Philly with friends, where it's like 5 degrees cooler. When it gets too hot for everyone, we usually just crash at someone's house for a little bit if we can, or we hit the mall where it's airconditioned, until we get kicked out.
Otherwise, of course I appreciate the airconditioner in the house. However, if it were up to me, I would leave it on in late in the morning/early afternoon while it heats up, and then when its a pretty steady temperature and nice and cool inside, I'd turn it off. Then perhaps turn it on for a few minutes here and there every few hours. It stays cool enough for me that way. But of course everyone wants it on all the time and then it gets too freaking cold. But then again, they all think I'm nuts for thinking its so cold. XD |

| Name: Sabrina Vine
Age: 18 Race: Magical Human Side: Crusaders Goals: To avenge her father. Otherwise, unsure of everything else. Weapons: Her father's sword (Haven't come up with a name for it just yet) History: When she was very young, Sabrina lived in a village with her human father and elven mother, until one day, the village was attacked by the crusaders. The entire area had been decimated by the time the attack subsided. Fire and bodies were everywhere and amidst the rubble was young Sabrina, sitting beside her parents and crying. A young crusader, by the name of Arthur Vine was among those patroling the area under strict orders to kill any life that remained. By the time Arthur made it to Sabrina, her parents were already dead and the child seemed to be in shock. Arthur drew his sword from its sheath and was about to carry out the orders, when something about the sobbing girl got to him. After a few moments of trying to convince himself that her life didn't matter, he finally gave in. Arthur then looked around and made sure that no one was present. He then scooped up the girl, wrapped her in his cloak to conceal her, and rode off. By the time he made it home, his fiance was eagerly awaiting his return. However, he said not a word to her as he dashed past her and into their home with the child still wrapped up in his arms. When he laid her down, his fiance, Mary, was already standing behind him. They argued for a bit about the girl, but Sabrina didn't seem to notice. She stared blankly ahead until she finally fell asleep. When Arthur had finally explained everything, Mary, reluctantly agreed to keep the child...until they could find another home for her. However, Sabrina slept for days. When she finally awoke, she had no memory of what had happened before. By this time, Arthur had gotten Mary to agree to allow the girl to stay with them and at three years old, she was given her new name, Sabrina Vine. Shortly after, Arthur and Mary married. The three of them lived together happily. However, as Sabrina grew, it became quite obvious that she was "different". She was much faster than the other children that she played with. Also, her body seemed to heal itself almost immediately when she revieced things such as small scrapes and bumps.Not only that, but she seemed to be able to heal the wounds of others and as she grew, she was able to heal more and more. This was something that Mary and Arthur were able to keep under wraps for the most part, however. Then Mary was stricken with a life threatening disease. After months of suffering, she finally died. Sabrina was only 10. She and Arthur were all each other had. Sabrina kept up with the house, while Arthur continued his work as a crusader, supporting them both. When he came home, often he would teach Sabrina some of the things that he knew. Seven years later, however, Arthur was killed in battle. Or so it looked. All sorts of signs caused Sabrina to think it was murder. For one, Arthur's brother seemed suspicious enough...he immediately tried to take Sabrina's inheritance and just appeared to know something she didn't... Appearance: Long, poker straight blonde hair that falls down to her waist. She is very fair-skinned and has hazle eyes. She stands at about 5 feet tall and apears to be very fragile, something she inherited from her birth mother. However, Sabrina uses that to her advantage. It allows her to be much faster and more agile than the average human being. Personality Traits: Sabrina is very shy and timid by nature, but once she warms up to someone, she can become a bit of an extrovert. She has a bit of a temper that she keeps well locked up inside her until she feels she can really let it out. Despite her nature, when opposed, she can prove to be as fierce as her father, Arthur, once was. Player: Katana |

Our airconditioner only cools downstairs...which is good for me cuz at least I have a place to go when it gets too cold...but then...I dunno about anyone else...but sometimes it's too cold for the airconditioner, but fans become a necessity. XD So yah...stuff like that actually does work. Or when you put it in the window and have it blow all the hot air from inside, out.

| Hmmm...graduation already....I can hardly believe it. I'm still taking exams, but I'm practically done school. I have 2 more tomorrow, then Wednesday I go in for graduation practice...then Thursday no school, but we have out Bacculariate mass...then Friday is a runthrough of our rosters, but I think only like 10 minutes in each class...then Monday is graduation...Xeios will have to correct me here if I am wrong with any of the scheduling....cuz with the exception of the mass and grduation dates, they've been switching our schedules around a bit.
Anywho....if things work the way I'd like them to, I'll be working two part-time jobs this summer...though I'll have to quit one come the end of the summer. I need full-time hours...but I can't start anywhere full-time right away, and I don't want to ask to go to part-time after only a short time...I dunno. The guidance councilor at my school says it's better to get two, and then quit one at the end of the summer...Cuz I'm going to be a full-time student come next year and won't have the time for full-time hours. **shrugs** It's complicated, but I need the money. I get stuck going to a community college for a year. Community isn't bad. I never thought it was, but if I couldn't go to this other college, St. Joes, I wanted out of this city, so being here WAS a bit of a set-back. Now that I'm here, my music teacher offered me a job downtown, and it'll be good money...only thing is, it's not very dependable. I'll take it when I can, but I can't work with things that aren't dependable.
After that year though, I'm actually going to St. Joes...which fusking rocks. But anywho...so yeah...still want to become a director, so I'm still going for cinematography courses and such...gonna work my ass off and try and keep a 4.0 average....work over the summer, and keep one part-time job over the school year...maybe get other temporary jobs during breaks. Like the Christmas season, lots of places are looking for temporary workers for that time of year...I'm working to get a car and insurance and stuff....and I'd like to have an apartment too. All of those things are UBER expensive, especially cuz I'm in the city...but it's better than living at home that's for damned sure.
