"One moment please, John." Alex looked about the room. A good number of his ministry members were now standing in his office, all of them eager to know what their next assignment will be. "I've been contemplating on sending another pair with you two. This is still both your and Sajin's mission. However, with the amount of the living directly involved in this, I'd rather not chance it by sending just two." He paused, took in a deep breath, a his brow now furrowing into a more serious expression.

"Seren?" He turned to her. "What is your opinion on the matter? I was thinking about sending Steven and Akira along for this one..." He tilted his head in their direction as he made reference to them.

Kira watched Leon's expression as he read the piece of paper he held.

'Turn?' She thought to herself. 'The hell...?' As usual, she didn't vocalize her thoughts. Kira never really had to, as her expressions and dispositions usually expressed them for her. She glanced up and smiled at Leon as he leaned over, but a soft gasp escaped her lips as he took hold of her wrist. Even while the girl was alive, she never did know how to react to people very well. When he kissed the back of her hand, she felt her cheeks grow warm. Kira's impulse was to look away, but she held still.

"Pleased to meet you Leon." She says, giving him a polite nod. "and I'm guessing that you already know I'm Kira."

She then looked over at Seren as she spoke. When she smiled at her, Kira offered a smile back, but couldn't help but blush this time.

Natalie caught the keys that John had tossed her. She put them in the ignition but didn't turn them, as she waited for everyone to finish getting ready.

She looked back at John as he was barking orders. Now that she was wide awake, she couldn't help but laugh.

"As long as Seren agrees, Steven and Akira will be tagging along with John and Sajin." Alexander stated with a bit of firmness to his voice. "If there aren't any more questions of concerns, you four are all free to go now He looked up at Sajin and smiled, appreciating his willingness to cooperate. "Akira, I hope you don't mind. I just feel that you two would be the ideal pair to be sent with them."

He then began searching the top of his desk, sifting through paper after paper and without even looking up, he spoke to Leon. "I'd rather not send you two...I have something else in mind..."

Kira looked up at Leon and smiled. 'Well...he sure as hell is polite and observant...I guess I should be grateful for that much.' she thought to herself. She then re-adjusted herself back into her previous position in the chair. Alexander had mentioned something that caught her attention. Patiently, she sat and waited to hear what he had to say.

(OOC: If anyone disagrees with me, then we can resolve this now. I felt it was necessicary to send four characters rather than only two. I kinda felt like if everything got spread out too much and there wasn't enough interaction between you guys, you all might get bored with this RP fast. Also, if anyone has any ideas on what kind of mission you would like to be sent on, feel free to PM me and tell me what you think. If not, then I'll just suprise ya and hope you like it. ~_^ )

Hey hey hey....nuff with the Ford jokes. :p The cars suck but I'm in love with the trucks. That's prolly cuz my pop-pop had his truck my entire life up until I was about 15. What? I love my pop-pop, so its a good reason to wanna get the same truck he had. Same kind at least. :p

I got up to 9. The reason why I stopped was because I got bored....BUT...I don't think I would've gotten much farther anyway. I was actually suprised that I could do 11 to tell you the truth, I'm usually easily distracted, but at the same time, I was determined when I started it to see what I was actually capable of.

Alex looked over at Seren and gave a dramatic sigh followed by a grin. "We've got to give that boy some sort of compensation for his troubles when they get back."

"As for you two..." Alexander turned his attention back over to Leon and Kira. "I'll be sending you both to..." Once again he found himself shuffling through papers. He knew he had something in mind for them. However, being the unorganized bum that he was, he couldn't find the paper that he needed.

**nods** Sajin, that's very good and I'm very impressed to say the least. I've always been attracted to how things are colored/shaded in, and you did an absolutely wonderful job at that!

And you're absolutely right, it is really cute with her sleeping. However, like True said, With practice, you'll get loads better. I should post some of my really old stuff that I've kept cuz I like being nostalgic and stuff. :p Those wold definitely boost everyone's confidence in the fact that "practice makes perfect."

He waved the paper in his hand that he had discovered moments ago and flashed Seren a toothy grin. "Maybe I do..." He said, eyeing the remainder of the people in the office. "Aaaannnd...maybe I don't." He added shortly with a shrug.

He held the paper out, waving it toward Kira and Leon, leaving it up for grabs for anyone to take it.

Kira had waited patiently long enough. Gracefully, she rose to her feet and took the paper out of Alexander's hand. Her eyes scanned the paper over and she looked over first at Alex, and then at Leon, with a puzzled expression. "Byberry...?" She pronounced the word slowly. "What in the bloody hell is that?"

"It's a mental institution Kira." Alexander announced somberly. "er...was" He corrected himself." He glanced over at Leon to see if he showed any reaction to the place. "The living claim it to be haunted...but the thing is...they're not all wrong. Something has trapped the spirits of the former patients in that facility and that's causing all sorts of havoc. Not to mention the injustice being done to those souls as well..." He took in a deep breath and sighed. "Anyway, I'm sending the pair of you to scope it out. When you two report back to us, we'll decide if we shall send Jobes and Sety along with you as well..."

(OOC: Alrighty...Jobes, Seticus...if you guys want to go, I'll send you guys along right off the bat...otherwise, I talked to Xeios about this Mission, and Cairoi PMed me about an idea for his mission. So...and this goes for everyone. You can either allow me to choose for you guys, or just send me a PM with ideas and such.)

At once Natalie put the key in the ignition and with the flick of the wrist, turned it. The car suddenly roared to life.

"Hold on!" Natalie exclaimed. For once, she wasn't going to be scolded for having a led foot. She slammed on the gas pedal and the car jerked forward. Shadow creatures seemed to be everywhere now...and even began to approach the car.

With her right hand on the wheel, she frantically rolled down the window, pressing every button on the pannel until she pressed the correct one. "John! Get in the car!" She shouted out the window as the vehicle slowed down as she neared John.
