| Alby gasped as Xeios grabbed her and ran to the tunnel. She was thankful that it was dark, because she could feel her cheeks growing hot. She looked the opposite way of Xeios, to conceal her blush, and gazed down the tunnel.
"Sure...wither out in the open where we could be easily spotted..." She paused as she started making her way down the tunnel. "...or trapped in a small space with nowhere to go should anything spot us here too..." she continued in a soft mumble. |

Considering I've only got about 2 years on the one that's 15, I dun wanna talk as though they're little kids, but still...I do see what you mean. I have a 15 year old sister, almost 16, and she'd never think to do something like that. That's just amazing...
On your part too. They did all that stuff that you mentioned in your post, but you also were a big part in that happening. I think that's really cool that the four of you did that.

Alby looked back to see Xeios following down the tunnel. She tried to see if Azrael was close behind, but it was too dark for her to see back far enough. Assuming that he was, she continued processing through the tunnel. Her boots splashed through small puddles. It startled her at first, since that was the only sound comming from her at the moment.

Taking more careful strides, she continued making her way through the dark, running her fingers delicately across the walls. Her mind wandered as she walked aimlessly. Xeios. It was Xeios that bothered her. Something wasn't quite the same about him... Xeios...why is it so hard to read you...have we been apart that long? She nearly had the impulse to turn and look back at him, but shrugged it off. Maybe he's not the one who's different... After allowing her mind to race for a few moments, her heart felt as though it were skipping beats at a time. Not understanding the feeling, she snaped herself back into the task at hand and pushed those previous thoughts out of her mind. Eva...we must rescue Eva.

As the bullet acted as a ping-pong ball, Alby could see the marionettes lying lifelessly around her and Xeios and caught a brief glimpse of Xeios' hand. Once the bullet stopped, she looked up at Xeios. It was too dark in the tunnel to make out much, but she was standing close enough to Xeios to be able to tell that it was him. The blood on his hand made her recall moments in their childhood, the bumps and scrapes they used to get almost daily.

She took his hand and smeared the blood off with her's. Then, wiping it on his shirt, she playfully pushed him aside and brushed past him. "You can tell my why that blood wasn't a normal color later." She mused as she continued down the path after Azrael.

I was a girl scout for only two years, but still...my troop worked with the boys a lot actually. EVen though they're different, I still think you get the same basic thing from both. Like you guys have said already....you learn all sorts of morals. One thing I loved about it was we weren't taught by being told what was right and wrong. We were taught by actual experiences...ones like Zero's posted in another thread about those three boys getting together all of that money.

You also learn a lot about leadership. Some people seem to think that being a leader is just being in control, but really it's not. Again, Zero has shown us a good example about being a good leader in his thread about those kids. You can usually tell when someone has gone through girl/boy scouts. Just in the way they carry themselves. They're very assertive. They know how to handle a situation, and they're usually very confident. Not Cocky and arrogant, but not a push over either. Teehee...which is why I needed to be in girl scouts longer, cuz I'm either extremely passive, or too cocky.
*shrugs** I could go on and on though. So I'll just stop here. Teehee.

I suppose this is more like sparring or something rather than an actual battle. So whoever takes the challenge, you've already won, cuz I suck at this...for now. So I guess this is kinda like training too I suppose...**shrugs**
Her boots clicked softly against the stone floor. The room was so vast that the clicks seemed to echo. She paused and stood dead center in the room. No walls could be seen. It appeared to be endless. Gently, she pushed a long strand of jet black hair behind her ear, and then moved her hand toward her forehead. With a flick of her wrist, a long piece of her bangs was swished away from her eyes, revealing just how green they were. Her pale skin seemed to glow as she stood in the dimly lit room. Crossing her arms, Katana waited as patiently, yet eagerly, as she could for her challenger. ---------- Okay, I'm not setting any specific rules here or anything, other than the usual no godmodding and stuff. I actually want to learn something from this, so yeah...board rules appy here. Other than that...**shrugs** I'll talk it over with anyone taking up this challenge about any other specifics that may be added. Oh, and I request that you be patient! lol.

Katana smiled, but that smile slowly faded as she too took a fighting stance. Without uttering a word, Katana dashed toward Shaddow, her hair flapping behind her as she moved gracefully, yet quickly. When she was close enough, she ducked down a bit and aimed a dropkick at her ankles.

One thing that sucks Jen...they get big. Big and strong. Even if the parents are a bit on the tiny side, they still end up bigger than the parents...my nephew Joey isn't taller than me yet, but the kid already can toss me over his shoulder. >.o Payback for when I did it to him I suppose. **dies**
