But I'm really glad you got to go to Otakon, Phoenix. I've been trying to go for the past few years now. I hear Zenkaicon (or whatever it is) is cool too, though nowhere near as big as Otakon.

Why is this...why am I laughing?

Honestly, if the kid kept his composure more often and they other camera person wasn't obviously there, this would have been legitimately a lot funnier.

Otherwise, this definitely just reminds me of why when my friends and I get together, everyone else comes looking for us when we're quiet. We definitely did shit like this in high school all the time and I just remember us thinking we were the funniest people alive.

That shirt is fucking badass too. And if you don't dye your hair...don't start! I love how your's always seems to stay the same too. Mine goes from almost black in the winter to dark brown in the summer. Like, all on its own. I used to get in trouble in school because we weren't allowed to dye it and they used to swear I did. My mom had to go up and everything. Lol.

So...impromptu trip to NYC. Went to the wax museum and top of the empire state building, among other things. I'm still sifting through many of the pictures.

Fuck you whatever is going on. I have no health insurance and out of the many things that HAS happened to me, kidney/gallstones weren't one of them...but...this is...only ONE thing has ever happened to me that was more painful than this, and that was a freaking heart attack.

Anyone ever do the whole gall/kidneystone thing? I'm in so much pain I'm literally going through a "rethinking my life" process and will probably strive to be a nicer person from now on. Oh. My. Fucking. God. Fuck this pain.

Yeah...ended up going to the ER. Turned out to be a pretty nasty kidney infection. Passed one of the stones. Oh. My. Gosh. And then there was another that was stuck so they had to zap it and shit. The plus side of no insurance? They didn't keep me longer than ABSOLUTELY necessary.

So, now I'm home in time to watch Friday Night Smackdown with the kids at least.

But..I thought I was going to cry. And next thing I knew, I blacked out for a second or two and was like "Okay...caving and going to the hospital now."

Fuck being defective.

Oh gosh! I kinda remember that. I always either had a cheap-y kinda costume, OR made one out of something I used elsewhere. Even as a kid, I was like "Why spend more money? I'll take this dress from Uncle Ralph's wedding and be Little Bo Peep. I don't even care." (Quote is on camera somewhere. I was 7. Always a cheap little bastard. :p)
