Little more elaboration I suppose. One of my best friends growing up, Seanie, was killed in a car accident this past Sunday evening. The dumb bastard was, of course, driving while extremely intoxicated, hit a tree, and was ejected from the vehicle, and slammed into something or other, I really haven't cared for details, yet they keep throwing 'em at me anyway.

Fuck you, you stupid drunk driving bastards. You're selfish and stupid. I hate you all.

Bit late, but PS3 MAY see the first Mass Effect in a few years, when Bioware's contract runs out.

As much as I loved the games, I think it's totally stupid to have the second one, without the first one. I quite thoroughly enjoyed the reporter I punched out in the first one being hesitant to come near me in the second one. XD

Oh shit...I used to have a lot of friends. Seriously, I was like glue in a big ass social ring. And typically, people use the word "friend" for a variety of relationships, but I'm assuming we're talking the "real deal" here. Thing is, as many people as I was "friends" with, especially back in high school, they were good, loyal people. I didn't always see them every day, but they were just true friends. I didn't need to see them every day and yet they were still dependable, and I reciprocated. I was a sort of problm solver (pitbull, more percicely, cuz I was pretty damn confrontational if need be.)

Most of us have grown apart, no malace, just life happening, but I do still have a select few that will always just feel "the same". Xeios is one of them actually. He's my only high school friend that I don't feel distant from when I see him, even if it's been a REALLY. FREAKING. LONG. TIME. We just fall right into pace with each other.

I could contine, but I swear, everytime I think I have time to goof off here, I sit down, start typing, then something comes up.

Name: Ainslynn Keeley

Age:15

Appearance: About 5 foot even, lithe, petite stature. Cool gray eyes with black hair cascading ringlet curls about her waist. She is typically spotted in kneehigh boots and plaid skirts with plain, single colored, snug fitting tops, typically longsleeved. Her skin is an olive tone, and her voice is soft.

Parent: Athena

Magic Items: I wish for this item to be located on the class trip. It's going to be a cool colored stone of some sort. Something simple, but something one would not spot, let alone feel drawn to, unless they were paying attention and taking things in. I'll make sure the discovery is done tastefully. If my character is to be the daughter of the goddess of wisdom, then simply discovering the item in this manner is a quick nod to the idea of her vigilent mind as a descendant/offspring of Athena.

Background: Ainslynn comes from a family of mediocre standing. Never doing without the necessities in life, Ainslynn's parents were also able to devote their attentions to her, being as there was no excessive wealth to distract them. For reasons unknown (except to Athena herself), Ainslynn grew up in a home in which her father and "mother" knew nothing of Ainslynn being anything but the both of their's.

She was sent to school just like a normal child, but was usually well ahead of her fellow classmates academically. However, her mother, not wishing for Ainslynn to grow up too quickly, refused to allow her to skip grades, and private schools were beyond their financial means. So instead, they offered Ainslynn other activities to entertiain her mind. As a result, at a mere 15 years old, Ainslynn could be considered a master violinist, as well as proficient in other instruments, such as the flute, piano, and harp. She has a pension for solving puzzles and can think herself through almost any situation.

However, despite their attempts to provide their daughter with the best they could, Ainslynn's social skills suffered as a consequence. No matter how much she was coaxed, Ainslynn preferred her books, instruments, and puzzles, and the best way to spend those pasttimes was holed up in seclusion. While she is very eloquently spoken, and gracefull to boot, she still can't find the right words to say that would make her the right friends. After a while, Ainslynn simply accepted her status as the "shy girl."

But seriously, other than visiting over in Oregon for a little while (Fricken BEAUTIFUL. Screw the big buildings I'm accustomed to. You can't move mountains.) I've gone to Florida, and New Jersey. Oh! NYC once....and...near Boston to visit with my ex-boyfriend's family. Oh! Shit...I've been to Tennessee too. My dad moved there, so yeah. Only went once though.

Languages? If I actually worked at them, they're the few things I'd actually be good at. I touched on Spanish, Italian, Gaelic(family) and Japanese, and picked up VERY quickly the little that I know, and can use it with as much ease as I do with English. I just get lazy.

But nonononononoNONONONOnononoNONONO!!!!!!!!!! Bad Boss! Don't use anime as a staple for learning the language.

I have been on a personal crusade for this. I just recently registered to vote, mainly because I just felt like an ass not doing it, but...there's still quite a bit I don't understand. And that's one of the faults of youth. Excitement and jumping in headfirst can be awesome at times, but...I don't know left from right when it comes to politics, and I need to change that. I voted and my guy lost, but ehh...I really wasn't too keen on the vote anyways. Because I'm not indifferent to the vote. Just to briefly clarify. An ex-boyfriend. And rough? Maybe. If he didn't cheat on me while I was in the middle of a cancer scare a few months back, well...maybe I would have been nicer? XD And it wouldn't have been said to him if he didn't have the balls to pull up to me, with new girlfriend in the front seat, just to tell me that my friend had it comming. Of course he did. He drank and drove, but that's besides the point. Cheater ex-boyfriends don't get to say things like that.
