Height? Don't sweat it. I'm 5'2....yeah yeah yeah...I know I'm a girl...but honestly, how many girls on this board are 5'2 or shorter? And if there are any, they have just become my new best friend and I'll love them forever...as long as they don't get bigger than me. >< I'm like 105 lbs now, but yeah, girls are a lot different. Cuz of the whole monthly thing, it's common for us to gain and loose a few pounds here and there....that's what I was told and have found it to be true for me... I didn't see you mentioning anything about a voice change...'least you're not told you sound like a South Park character...little kid voice, yet curses a lot...lol. Though I wuv Sparda to death He told me once that I looked older and even sounded older. **huggles Sparda** So I wuv him for that.

| Well...violence does solve things...sometimes. Just beat them up. S'what I do. **shrugs** Then again, I ain't the biggest threat in the world myself, but I still don't take any shit whatsoever. If someone shot spitballs at me everyday like that, I'd give them the warning and tell them to stop or I'd shove that straw up their ass...and if they didn't heed my warning, guess what my next move was? (Btw, I've never shoved anything up someone's ass.... My "if she says it, she'll do it" reputation has spared me from that.)
Otherwise, I'm not popular either. Though I do have a lot of friends in high school...there's close to 3,000 kids in my school, so it's like if one person is popular among 100 or so kids, there's still well over 2,000 kids that would't give them the time of day. So I don't really notice things like that anymore. It seems like people either know you or they don't. Grade school however....**cringes** THOSE were the tough years. I used to get beat up cuz I didn't do marijuana with the other kids, or drink or anything....tormented for being the quiet bookworm...the usual situation really...but it's something that hurts and shouldn't be usual... We all understand how you feel...  |

| Fever...everything else I can function at least with...but when I get a fever...I can get by with like a temp. of 100 or 101, but once it gets there, it gets dangerously high and REALLY fast most of the time. Several times a year I get taken to the ER in the middle of the night to get thrown in a tub of ice or something...though this year I haven't had too much of a problem with that, so I'm glad for that.
Otherwise, I'm used to being ill. I've been sickly since I was a baby, so things like sore throats, stuff like that, I'm pretty used to so they don't bother me too much. |

I can't go opening night. **cries** As I'm sure I've bitched about earlier in this thread, I have a Spring concert at school to perform in that night and I'm told I'll fail the quarter if I don't go....
However, Xeios, Caiori, and I are going to see it on Friday....Woot!!! As for the Qui-Gon spoilers...meh...keeping open-minded about it sounds like a smart idea. I would like to see him come back and all. Obi-wan's gotta learn how to do that ghost thingie from somewhere...lol. Seriously though...I liked Qui-Gon....Liam Neeson didn't do too bad of a job I think. Well....I'll find out Friday I suppose... Meanwhile...I'm making it perfectly clear to my music teacher that I'll have a violin in my hands and that I'm pissed about having to be there and not seeing Star Wars... |

| **nods** I got like 200 bucks, the kids made me cards and put 50 cents in the one big one that made. (it was sooo cute) and I got a collector's item, kickass Darth Vader lightsaber, and that Darth Vader voice changer thingie. It's really kickass. We went through the Taco Bell drive though and I put on the mask, turned on the lightsaber, and ordered the food through the voice thingie. It has lines from the movie and the breathing thingie too. The voice changer doesn't always work so good, but if you get close enough it does.
Edit: A friend of mine had it on for like 20 minutes, and he must've been real close because it came out completely in Vader's voice, but all of a sudden we hear. "Holy shit it's hot as balls in this thing." Pretty funny if you were there. (Last edited by Darth Katana on 05-16-05 04:59 PM) |

| It's May...count this week as done since there's only 2 school days...and I have three weeks left. That's counting all my days off, weekends, and early dismissals though...just everything piled together is three weeks. **nods** Guess that's pretty good.
I like school too though...sometimes. Like Makura said a while back, not for social reasons. Though I am fairly popular, I'll be honest. We're all big time nerds, but there's a lot of us, so I'm nearly always with a close friend or school buddy or whatever...That kind of popularity, not the pretty cheerleader with the quarterback kind. I would shoot myself... I'm pretty well-known in my classes...though they only know me for how "booksmart" I am. So that's not exactly being "popular", but no one really treats me like crap either. I don't hang out with any of them after school or anything, but even the usual sterio-typical popular kids are nice to me, like if I'm stuck somewhere, they help me out even though they don't know me that well.
Yes, there is the occasional bully, but they're everywhere. I like school cuz it's the happy medium. Not that I like getting beat up, but if everything was "perfect" I'd get bored fast...yet people are still nice enough. As far as woek is concerned... That's a totally different story. |

Um...I can twitch my nose like a bunny... and my naural accent is a British accent, I can also speak in an Irish accent a little bit. My grammy was two when that side of the family came over from England, and so she was already talking in a bit of an accent, and her parents continued to teach her a cross between english and irish accents cuz one is 100% Irish, and the other 100% English...so that's the origin of why I was taught how to speak with those accents...my grammy did it to piss my mom off. So yah, when I get really pissed or dramatic, or tired or whatever, those accents come out more fluently than when I speak with an American accent... **shrugs** |

| Everyone's right here....give her hugs and be there and such...and treat her as you would normally as well. It seems a lot of people on this board has lost someone important to them...some sort of parental figure...I'd say the worst part about loosing my step-dad George, was when three days later my dad gave this giant bruise...and it really hit me what I had actually lost, and what I was stuck with.
Anywho...I don't know this girl, so I'm not exactly sure how she's taking this...but I know from my reaction...Don't make it obvious or anything and don't show pity. Pity helps no one...well I believe that...caring about someone and showing them pity are two different things...back on target though...just randomly hug her. One big giant hug, just the two of you. I wanted that more than anything. Not to be babied or anything. Just have someone hug me and tell me that everything would be alright. No one did though. I hid it by acting all tough and stuff if that makes any sense...I didn't want there to be a big deal made of it. I just wanted that one hug from someone who really cared. Simple, yet it means a lot. So I suggest that as something to do for her. All that listening to her and stuff....yeah. But just one on one...that medium between not making a scene or anything, but pretty much saying "Hey, I'm here and I care." If any of that makes sense. |
