| Granted, your characters are unlocked. You go to play as them, overcome with joy. The game loads, and you grin in anticipation. The game starts succesfully, and you are happy. You finally get to play as one of these two characters.
Your harddrive informs you that its been corrupted. All save-games are erased. Fortunately, you stored some of your savegames in a memory drive, so you plug it in, thinking you'd only have to replay a small part of your game. A car crashes into your house and you die. I wish for something good to happen that is not related to anyone being homosexual, disturbing, or ugly. |

| OB could only laugh as BJ shoved the snickers bar in his mouth...it would take him at least a few seconds to swallow the bar, and given that it was in a wrapper, it would take him even longer to chew it enough so that he could swallow it without gagging.
There was no better feeling than having used a snickers bar for a force choke. OB ran towards Pheonix, lightsaber trailing behind him. "ARGH!" a customer shouted, and OB paused, glancing at the customer. "Well dang." He cut into her chip bag, and the chips poured onto the ground, only one chip still in the bag unspoiled. Guess she COULD eat just one. |

| Once upon a New Jersey summer, Urban Astronaut spammed. The spam was served with rice. Day by day he sadly posted and masturbated furiously. He loved tentacles and furry porn, but despised every cheese quesadilla. Then, a furry creature burst into flames. Urban immediately spewed quesadilla all over Bitmap, infuriating him. Bitmap turned gay. Like super gay. Gay for Vince, who secretly loved Hannah Montana. He cuddled with Bitmap, and with Phoenix, and with Vulkar, and with Valhalla, then they exploded. Urban pleasured himself. Anyways, while watching Hannah Montana, Vince beheaded Phoenix then, rainbows came out of Phoenix's dead talking vagina. He skinned Valhalla's wiener which he liked to eat with Vulkar's severed limbs. But Vulkar's invincibility shockingly aroused him and Vince continued to break up Vulkar's limbs, anyway. So the fashion of Bitmap's vomit covered the new clothing. Phoenix stopped chewing, because of decapitation, and a ban, costing him Xeodency.
The next day, Rogue was chilling in a freezer, sliced into pieces. She freezer burned and was inedible, a shame really. DarkSlaya didn't care. He's eaten lunch. But Phoenix didn't bring his sandwhich because he died of platypus poisoning, but Vulkas Maximus, man of power, woman of might, was not pleased in the slightest. So he went and killed Vince, who was reborn and re-killed forever. Because Vulkar can eat smelly bunnies which give power of stinky underpants and Vulkas Maximus destroys the world with said underwear. In other news,tits for Xeo! But not women, only man tits and in abundance! Poor Xeo fapped and sprawled on a donkey. It ate his ears and his dignity with a spork! That sounds like a job for Cairoi's magical codpiece. Made of fish-flavored titanium, it flew away, into the vast unknown. And in Japan, Vulkar's awesomeness continued...on a minuscule basis, particles were impressed, as was Vince. |

| Granted, its awesome. Like, heaven on a plate. You eat it, everyone eats it. Tourists come, just to taste this cafeteria food. Best of all, there's plenty for everyone!
Unfortunately, because of how good it tastes, you find yourself unable to stop eating, enough so that you bring your videogames into the cafeteria to play while eating. Suddenly, you realize you have a sudden pain in your stomach. Your stomach lining is tearing apart! You can't stop eating, but you know you have to if you want to li-An airplane crashes into the cafeteria and you die. I wish for a better punchline. | Vince, I made you what I already viewed as a very powerful and diverse character (you never posted exactly what made him powerful), one more than capable of helping you to learn to be creative during combat. A character like unto Alex.
Once we created this character, you asked me what crosses the line into GMing, and I told you that simbattling was a writing exercise, designed for two opponents to improve their writing in a small competition, and that you're GMing when you make your character unreasonably powerful in that your opponent is unable to practice their writing in combat. So, while its actually Cairoi, not me, who's in charge of simbattling, I'm going to ask, does this character cross that line? Is there anyone who would want to fight a character who they can learn nothing from? I for one would not ever fight this character, even though just reading through your profile I saw several ways of killing him. However, I would be unable to be creative with my character, instead limited only to me using telekinesis on you, end even that you could counter if you used your first ability properly. Using a character like this also limits how much you can learn as a simbattler. You can learn to write, "I'm immune to fire," or "I'm immune to drowning," or, "that stab did nothing but unleash the ancient god thing I have in my body." So yeah, I'd reccomend some changes, even though Cairoi is technically in charge of all this.  |

| Yeah, but...
He already had control over shadow. Darkness is nothing but the absence of light, as is shadow. All you had to do was remove light from an area, and you'd make shadow.
Now, if you were talking about doing something Braksa-like...well, that's pretty much pointless with a character who can use light to make a knife appear behind an opponent and stab him...using shadows to do the same thing really does nothing but limit your powers. |
