I really need to read the Manga now to figure out what you're talking about with Seras. Like you said though it could be that the art just changed a little so they took anatomy more into account. *shrugs* I don't know I'm plucking those straws out of thin air. I'll have to see it if I can get the manga or if you can post the images in question whichever comes first. |

When it came to a stop it was possible to tell that the object in question was Hiru's sleeveless trenchcoat, completely soaked in blood. | |||

| I have no idea why but as I plan to post this story I have that nervous as all hell churning stomach feeling and it's really bugging me. My hands are even shaking a bit. I don't think the story has anything to do with that feeling though. Anyway, here is The Color Red which some of you have already seen. I just felt it was appropriate to the thread.
The Color Red I like the color red. It’s a beautiful color. Strong, vibrant, full of energy and life. Life. That’s the key. Life saturates every part of ones being. It fills us to the top, sometimes brimming over the edge, spilling on the floor in a beautiful, magical cascade of red liquid life. Drip, drip, drip. I love that sound. Light reflects off of the metal. Slowly, one drop at a time, the liquid life of my body drips from the gash in my arm to fall into the sink. Drip, drip, drip, drip. The pain floods my body. Filling me with pleasure. That must sound weird to you. Pain and pleasure. Not two words that typically collide in the same sentence I know. But for me it is very true. Pain is my pleasure. It’s the only thing that I know is real. It is the only thing that I know will always be there for me. Friends come and go. Relationships fade. Family members die. And at the end of the universe, when the last living being screams out its utter sorrow to the universe, pain, will still be there. Pain is real. It is absolutely, the only thing I can count on. Drip, drip, drip, drip, drip. The knife in my hand feels so comforting. Solid, and sharp. The red handle of the pocket knife fits perfectly in my palm, as the razor sharp blade bites deeply into my flesh as I draw it firmly once more over my arm. I am not trying to kill myself. Oh no. I don’t want to die. I don’t fear death, but I still have too much to do before I can find peace. For now, pain is the only solace I have. Once again the blade bites into the skin of my upper arm, the tear widens as I pull the blade across my skin putting pressure on it so that it will dig deeper into the muscle. An erotic moan of pure pleasure tears its way free of my lips. Unable to help myself I moan again as the bright red blood runs down the length of my arm to slowly gather itself at the tips of my fingers before it falls free. Time seems to slow as it falls through the air. A near perfectly spherical orb of liquid life, which then splatters in the already more red than white sink. Drip, drip, drip, drip, drip, drip. God, is this wrong? Is this pleasure somehow indecent? Is it perverted? Is it a sin? Is it something else? Or is it what I need it to be? Is it the only real thing in this universe that anchors me to the hell that is called Life? Help me. Please. Someone help me. I want it to stop. I want the pain to stop. No. I need the pain. I can’t take life without the pain. It’s the only thing that sustains me. …But… I hate it. I hate the pain that grips me. I hate it, but still, my hand draws the blade across my flesh, and I moan in pure pleasure as the pain assaults my senses, blocking out all other thoughts… and… just letting me… drift. Someone… anyone… won’t you please help me? Drip, drip, drip, drip, drip, drip, drip. |

| unfortunately Dees men as a species are idiots. We're typically oblivious to our surroundings. I personally try to be more observant than that and more understand of what my girlfriend (when I have one) wants and likes. I know I don't always succeed but I try.
I know I've gone on outings I didn't really want to go on either cause my girlfriend did or there was a girl that was going that I was interested in and I was trying to figure out how to tell her. *shrugs* I'm the shy type sometimes so sue me. Anywho. I'm sorry your day was so crappy. Maybe you should explain to this Mitch how it made you feel calmly and without getting worked up about it when you feel that you can look at it objectively enough to just state how you felt without venting at him. I hope things go well for you. |

| I don't think I'll ever have kids, or get married for that matter but that's another story entirely.
The only name I ever thought of for a child when I was engaged several years ago was for a girl. Angela, and that was only because I could shorten the name and call her Angel. A name which has some emotional attachments that I don't really want to remember. |

Gazortenplatz- This is used in place of saying "Bless you" or something when someone sneezes. Gerflaslphleef- This is used when someone pretends to sneeze. Gazortenphleef- This is when someone sneezes but holds it in. Blearg- indicates boredom. (Note: see also blorp, blarg, bleerf and smerglephlaflefleeleplap. (If anyone can pronounce that last one I'll be impressed.)) if I rememeber any others I'll post them. |

| I learned to read mostly before school too. In second grade I was the best in the class in reading and spelling and by third grade I had a 12th grade/college reading level.
I don't really remember that anyone exactly TAUGHT me. Mom read the Hobbit to me and my brother when we were little but I don't remember anyone teaching me, like sitting down with me and teaching me how to read. |

Anime is usually a lot more interesting visually than your average real movie with real actors instead of drawings. They can do things visually in anime that can't be done with real film. Like for example DBZ. That is a very cool looking show. No way in hell could they do those attacks and such with regular actors and who would play Goku and Vegeta and the others anyway? It aint gonna happen. It'd look cheesy and stupid and no one would ever watch it. Nope. Anime kicks ass. Reality sucks. |

| In the hallway a stone panel slides open in the ceiling a flat-screen monitor comes down and turns itself on Showing Gabriel still sitting in his throne-like chair at the top of the tower.
"I see you finally got out of that room. Took you," he looks at his watch. "Only ten minutes. Not bad." Lifting his left hand he points at the group with the red blood gauntlett that he is still wearing. "Take a look at the damage done. I think you'll find something interesting left behind." | Right under where the bomb was Salrissa finds the Desert Eagle and clips that Gabriel was using earlier when they were making their way into the parking garage. Also there is his Zippo lighter with the symbol of the brotherhood etched into it and his leather pouch of Drum rolling Tobacco along with a note.

| Mithrandir was the real name of Gandalf in the Lord of the Rings.
Elessar is (I think) another name for Sauron. Both are from Lord of the Rings I don't know which movies specifically but from the trilogy. |
