*nods* That's about the most important thing in choosing a tattoo in my
experience. Too many people go into a tattoo shop and just pick a random cool
looking design off a wall without really thinking about it. They just find something
they think looks good and get that done.

All my tattoos and any others I intend to get have a very intense personal meaning
to me. Something I hold very dear. That way I won't be regreting the tattoo in the
years to come and with any luck 40 or more years from now I'll still be proud of every tattoo I have.

I put it together last night. Probably one of the most difficult things I've ever done,
but I had some help which made everything possible. Didn't make it any easier but still.

Thanks everyone that responded for the advice and suggestions. Someone can close
this thread now.

I will no longer be coming to or posting on this board until further notice. Maybe
on a permanent basis, I don't know yet. I love this board but recent events by a
certain hateful and vindictive individual have soured my enjoyment of this little
community.

See ya around.

I nearly got my hands on a '63 Thunderbird several months back. Ford makes
pretty good vehicles. With the job I just started though I need to buy a truck as
soon as I have enough money to get it. I'm hoping to get my hands on a used
F-150. I like those trucks.

Actually cutting his hair COULD have been a good move if he'd been faster.

A drastic hair change can make a person harder to recognize. My girlfriend has
never actually seen me with short hair (it's currently halfway down my back) so if
I cut it short she'd probably do a double take at least when she first saw me again.

Fix
Or
Repair

Another good Ford joke. My dad had a Ford F-150 that I drove a couple times
before he got rid of it. I loved that truck. It handled great, he never had ANY
problems with it at all. It had a good sized cab, fold out rear doors instead of full
sized.

It was a good truck overall and I should be able to get a used one pretty easily.

V6's are pretty good on gas as far as I've noticed. V8's are the bad ones. Older
cars such as mustangs and such had V8's. I'd love to get my hands on a 67'
Ford Mustang. Not the GT or the Shelby. Just a regular mustang. Dream car
right there.

Try adding the rings at different angles. Kajin's description implies each ring is on
a horizontal plain moving out from the spinning cube. Add the rings at angles and
try including a different patter and color on each ring.

I'm gonna work on it and see what I come up with.

It's stree legal because on the streets the car only uses the stock engine that
was put in up front. The jet engine is only lit on the drag strip for races. That makes
it street legal. It'd be interesting to put one of those engines in the bed of a
truck possibly.

The volkswagon body design means it'll crash easily. It's shape'll make it roll
at high speed and VERY difficult to control. Kick ass idea though. Props to the guy
for actually getting it to work.

Congrats Sajin. Keeping up the willpower to do that regularly isn't easy for most
people. Cool that you can do it. Personally I like to work out. It's enjoyable to me.
Relaxing way to occupy my body and leave my mind free for other stuff. Problem
is getting into the routine of going ot the gym three times a week or whatever.

With work, trying to get back into school eventually, spending time with my friends
and my girlfriend where I can it's a hassle. Another problem a lot of people have. It's
doable you just have to be more organized than i am to manage it.

Anyway, again, kick ass, good luck with it and give us updates on how you're
doing.

Posted on 03-20-06 09:18 AM, in I hate St. Patrick's Day Link
I remember hearing about St. Patrick last year around this time. Last year on
St. Patricks day I was setting out to get tanked. Not because I have a little irish
background, (which I'm not completely sure of even) not because of the holiday
itself.

Just because my friend was old enough to buy beer finally so he got a case of
Guiness and we hung out and drank. He later stabbed himself in the leg while
he was drunk off his ass but that's a different story entirely.

Voltron, getting pissed isn't really going to help at all so why're you wasting your
valuable time and energy. I understand it's irritating as all fuck but try not to let that
kinda shit get to you, you're too young to develop an ulcer ok dude?

On a side note I have heard full irish people happily invite those with no irish
background at all to get good and tanked in the spirit of that holiday. Saying,
"Everyone's Irish today," simply in the point of being friendly and celebrating.

It's not ENTIRELY a bad thing, just the moron's like you've mentioned ruin things
for everyone else frequently.

The point Cyro was making is that while it may be infinite it has only been
calculated to about the millionth or billionth digit. Beyond that no one knows what
the numbers are as it hasn't been figured out yet. I can't remember if it was
millionth or billionth either though so oh well. One of those.

I remember them, but only in so much as the fact that i remember that they
existed. I remember nothing specific about them or anything like that. I just thought
they were kinda odd and never learned anything specific about them when I was
younger.

I gotta agree with Gee here. DROP IT PEOPLE. Several thousand people died,
several thousand other people died because of a war started by this action. Who
knows how many people are killed every day since then because of misplaced
stupid hate crimes.

"that guy looks like an arab let's kill him!" Get a grip people. The human race on
the whole reminds me so much of a lost cause. Let's just wipe the planet clean
and start over from scratch.

Oh well. I didn't quite get the article and it doesn't really make a whole lot of sense
to me. Who gives a flip if the buildings fell weird? Unless you're saying it wasn't
just the planes that did it. Conspiracy, there were bombs planted in the buildings
by a dangerous group of terrorist penguins.

They'd had plans initiated to blow up the WTC for years but those damn hijackers
beat them to the punch. Oh well.

I'm not quite as optomistic as everyone else here. Time doesn't heal all wounds. It
does sometimes make them more manageable. I lost my daughter a few months
ago. She was murdered by her mother.

I've gotten a lot better but I still have nights when I feel the pain just as fresh and
sharp as ever. You seem like a strong individual though Jibb. You'll manage. It's
going to suck and it's not going to be easy but it is doable.

Send me a PM if you want someone else to talk to. Trust me. I know very well
what pain you're dealing with.

Well granted; Theres Evil and True Evil...I ment to say that I guess....

Good and Evil do not exist. There is no Evil. There is only mankinds perception
of the world around them. Think of it like this. To us, murder is evil. To another
society a man could have every right to kill another man in cold blood for an
insult or for looking at his wife or something.

What one person thinks is Evil another person might see as perfectly acceptable
or even as commonplace and expected behavior.

It's all about perception.

Ok... so what is one expected to do when the only thing they can think of to do
to quiet the guilt and pain is to get blind drunk? The only time I don't feel like I
really want a very strong drink is when I'm with my girlfriend. Guilty about
something I shouldn't feel guilty about. Pain there's nothing I can really do to get
over or anything.

I just feel like shit.

Stressed out about a lot of random shit, guilt and pain as I've mentioned. Anger,
frustration and insomnia. It's nearly one in the morning, I have to be up and getting
ready to go to work by 5 and I don't feel like sleeping. Not that I couldn't if I tried I
just don't WANT to. But right now I do really want to pour a good rum and coke.

Fuck it.

Thoughts?

But I know how you feel, and all you can really do about but move one step at a time and realize that what's past is past and nothing can change it.

As for the drinking. I know why you fear it, and it is a good reason to. Write, draw, listen to music... hit a punching bag... or just let it out and cry. Drinking, much like cutting, is only a temporary solution to a problem that more often than not makes the problem worse.

That's part of the problem. I don't know and it's driving me crazy. Crystle I never got
to hold her if she did exist. And if she didn't then I had the cruelest most fucked up
joke imagineable played on me but I don't have any way to tell. I've got a burial
shrine to a daughter that was for all intents and purposes murdered and I don't even
know that she ever actually existed.

It's driving me crazy.

Though I have found one bit of amusement in all this. Does anyone else think it's
funny that in order to take my mind off sitting at home drinking I very frequently
go out to one of my favorite bars in order to play pool for a couple hours?

In order to not drink I go someplace that's filled with alcohol and I don't drink.
