| That is a tough call. I would probably say that Archer wins with Rick and Morty as a close second... mostly because I think Archer has better animation and I just love the voice actors they have.
Provided that it would be done well, what video game would you want to see turned into a movie/miniseries? |

Just know we are always here for you, Rogue. I have only had periodic bouts of depression, not clinical... but I know from others what a bitch it is to deal with. You honestly handle it very well. compared to others. Fuck sexist management. I was asked to scrub the steel in the tire department by our temporary manager (female) because they needed, "A woman, or a guy that likes to clean, since those do exist, to clean up after a bunch of sloppy men." The part about the guy that likes to clean was because the closer for my department that night was male and I was done in an hour at the time. So I start cleaning, I see my closer and pull him to help... and our direct manager (also female) comes over and checks on us... then thanks my male coworker... and ONLY him. At least the club manager (male) thanked me. But yeah... fuck this. What part of "wireless sales" covers "clean up after sloppy men"? What part says I have to empty the trash can in electronics because maintenance is lazy? What part says I have to work in other areas when the corporate guidelines say that wireless should never be unmanned from 9am to closing? I'm feeling a bit disgruntled. Hopefully it is not as bad at the club I transfer to, even if that will only be temporary until I can find something better. Fuck that rent on places in southern California is as much as a mortgage... though, at the same time, kinda surprised that some mortgages are that low. Oh... and fuck the constant, giant jumps in temperature. I have friends out west that are envious about us getting some nice, cold, fall weather... but it goes from 40 to 70, to 30 then back up to 65... and yeah, it is all much lower than 90-110, but my sinuses are NOT happy. I would rather be hot than sick.

Most of my free time is taken up with trying to declutter so packing is easier... but now that is going to have to pivot to cleaning and hiding stuff because my nephew is coming out for Thanksgiving... then back trying to pack. Add holiday sales season on top of that, and, well... clusterfuck.

Let's see... bad day. Well, if there is whiskey in the house, then I pick up a small bottle of pepsi and Kaleb and I have a drink when he gets home. Otherwise, it is just snuggle with cats. Maybe go to the brew works for dinner since I won't feel like cooking. All of that was hard to type since my K key seems to be acting up. I need to take this thing apart and clean under the keys. As for me, I did manage to get the day off work... I spent it cleaning and prepping for yule gifts that I am making. Then we went to my friend's house and watched zombie movies and ate pizza. It was actually really fun because her neighborhood was filled to bursting with trick or treaters and I haven't seen that since I moved here. It actually made me tear up a bit... until they refused to get out of the damn road. The Friday before, we also went to a Halloween party at the brewery. Kaleb wore a DBZ shirt that looked like Goku's gi and I dressed like a Slytherin (meta costume, since I am a Ravenclaw). It was fun, even though we didn't stay long since I had to work early the next day.

Heh... a tour tracing the evolution of western civilization. Start in Crete for the Minoan civilization, then visit the various countries that played roles in the major empires and civilizations... I figure it would cover pretty much all of Europe and a good chunk of Asia and Africa. Basically... I want to travel the world.

Nephew came out for Thanksgiving... between the airline moving his flight up and work, I didn't get to spend much time with him. For the winter holidays, we have some thing with Kaleb's one half of the family on Saturday, not sure when we are doing stuff with the other half... and Yule party with friends on the 17th. |

Overall, I liked The Last Jedi... though it does have some serious plot issues. I actually like Rose since she seems to be a character that embodies what the Resistance fights for... but yeah, I was rather pissed at how anticlimactic Snoke was... I mean... really?

And the Reylo scenes are good overall, but it just seemed a bit rushed. Maybe if it had stretched out over more time, but it just seemed like it went from "You're a monster, I despise you" to "I feel so alone and you're the only one that gets it" faster than a Formula 1 driver. I mean, I am intrigued... I really am... but it just was too fast. Anyone else feel bad for Hux being reduced to comic relief? I loved the opening bit with him and Poe since it seemed much like something Poe would do... but by the end, I felt bad for him.
