I am really sorry that they are dragging you through the emotional muck. Perhaps it is time for an intervention for them to be shown how they are turning away from you guys... don't know if it would work but worth a shot. If not, then the rest of you should still band together. Your faith issues are something you will have to come to terms with when you are ready. Personally I have always noticed the similarities between the two faiths (as written, not by the actions of others)... and they are largely beliefs held by many religions. Maybe looking at it from that perspective might help? |

I have class at 9:30am, I will be getting up at 7 to walk to the polling place as soon as it opens. Literally, wake up, put on warm clothes, walk... before breakfast, shower, or anything else, I am going to vote. Oh, and I anticipate the temperature to be just above freezing. |

I was "goth photo tech/mad scientist" since I had to work on Halloween. On the plus side, I stopped in at my old work and scared one of my "unscareable" coworkers. Big win for me. |

Years of scrubbing paint off from Shipwreck has taught me one thing: the best soap for the job is the pink soap from the 99 cent story (casa rosa or something like that... I know it's liquid, pink, and has rosa in the name)... works like a charm. |

The whole thing with GMO food is kinda weird for me because I can see both sides. I don't really know how much GMOs are grown in California, so I don't really know how it would affect the industry. While I think that overall, they are a bad thing, the law itself sounds a bit... well... crazy. |

Very true. There are Wiccans and other Pagans that have such concepts though... the Summerlands at least. Hell... well... I think that Earth is the closest thing we have to that, but I don't know what other Pagans believe. |

Last night was corned beef with potatoes, carrots and onions cooked in Sam Adam's in a crock pot. It was good, but I would have enjoyed it better if the potatoes had been done separate. This morning I am thinking of finishing off the leftover chicken and egg noodle marinara dish from the night before. Cold breakfast doesn't appeal to me and I am tired of bagels.
