| I just wanna see if my new character is any good or not. Anyone can challenge me except for Vulkar or Dark Vader.
ARENA: An alleyway in the year 2005, the middle of the day. There are large metal bins and sharp pieces of metal that can be used as weapons. People do come down this street randomly. *The 12 year old Ryan sits on the floor, leaning against the wall of a shop. He had cleared away a small patch of rubbish people had left there. He suddenly detects the presence of someone he can challenge. Ryan slowly stands, trying to detect where the presence is coming from, and who it is. He powers his arms up causing them to be covered in a purple haze, ready for anything that could happen* |

Age: 21 Sex: Male Occupation: None Clothing: A simple black t-shirt and trousers Gun/Weapon: Shotgun, 8 shotgun shells, single silenced pistol, 60 bullets Transport: 4x4 Jeep (Which he used for his getaways) Bio/Backround: Ryan has lived in New Falls City for his entire liife and knows the entire place like the back of his hand. He had to live in a life of felony so knows all sorts of secret short-cuts around most of it. *Ryan crashed through various dead people on the street driving his jeep through them. He stops the car dangerously next to his flat which just happens to be opposite the church. He rushes into his house and collects his things, including his weapons and some adrenaline pills to keep him awake and active. As soon as he opens the door of his house, he comes face to face with his next door neighboor. Just before he can take a chunk of Ryan's face, he shoots the zombie in the head a single time with his shotgun. He slowly steps out, realising his jeep had gone, either stolen by some survivors who wanted to escape or some guideless zombies managed to work it. Ryan slowly looks around for any other survivors, starting by walking over to the church* |

| *Ryan opens the door of the church, slow enough that a long creek echoed through the church. Ryan stepped in slowly, keeping his gun ready incase he saw another of these zombies. He hears the voices of two people near the back exit*
Survivors!? *Ryan makes quite a loud noise to see what the reactions of the two voices were, and the best thing he could think of at the time was blast off the head of the creature ready to take a chunk of his arm. The explosion of his shotgun echoed through the church, and Ryan eagerly waited their reactions* |

| ARENA: A deep abyss of non-space. The arena floor is a thin panel of space 100x100 feet, which is solid in non-space. It cannot be broken in any way. There is no wind resistance in non-space so flying or stopping in mid-air is impossible. These actions need to be done psychically or by a force (e.g. an attack which could push you back). Any attacks that cause light or darkness don't work.
*Ryan's image forms in the center of the arena. He breathes in, finding that nothing seems to enter his lungs, yet he isn't gasping for breathe. He knew exactly where he was, and hoped to find someone else as this seems to be a perfect place for a battle* |

| *Ryan concentrates for a short second, causing his arms to become engulfed in a purple haze. The haze on his right arm slowly creeps down and forms into a sword, while the other arm continues to stay covered acting as a shield. Ryan thrusts his hand up towards Desroth and casts Mind Breaker at him*
Mind Breaker - A powerful blast of energy is directed at Ryan's opponent's mind. The feeling of the attack is equivalent to a migrane, but can also cause slight brain damage by killing the outer cells of the brain |

| Have a guess at what this RP is about. If you've played Metal Gear Solid or any of the other Metal Gear games before, then you'll find some of the storyline is familiar. If you have played MGS before though *Glares at Shaddow* don't try to 'correct' me if the story is different. I know it is! You do not have to be Solid Snake or Raiden, but make sure your character isn't equipped with lasers or mithril armour or stupid things like that.
BRIEFING: The year is 2010. Solid Snake has destroyed Metal Gear, killed Liquid Snake and caused the terrorist activity in alaska to cease. However, final remains of Metal Gear have been discovered, and are being taken to a remote location, a small island in the center of the bermuda triangle. We will approach by sub, and launch you all in one man SDVs (Swimmer Delivery Vehicle). Once they get as close as they can, dispose of them (Don't blame me for copying and editing some of the bits from MGS). Be careful not to get caught in gas bubbles which will send the SDV crashing to the ocean floor. We are sending in the top people reuired for the job. You have three mission objectives: 1) Find and destroy all evidence of Metal Gear 2) Find any research you can of further development, making sure you leave none of it behind 3) Keep your alert status down to a minimum. This is a stealth mission, so only 2 or 3 people will be able to accept it. Put your character bios like so: Name: Age: Stealth skill: 50-100 (The two skills must equal a total of 150) Assassination skill: 50-100 (The two skills must equal a total of 150) Other skills: Weapon: All weapons are on sight. You can have a small knife or something though BEGIN! Name: Ryan Stott Age: 29 Stealth Skill: 94 Assassination Skill: 56 Other Skills: Skilled with knife, can sneak into any place Weapon: Combat Knife *The sub carrying it's passengers nears the island. From above it looks nothing spectacular, but underneath it looks huge. The sub suddenly swirves around, steering clear of a huge gas bubble. It then stops. From a radio inbuilt into the SDVs comes the voice of the colonal* "Okay, prepare for a bumpy ride. We just need to wait for a clear opening shot through the bubbles and we'll launch..." *Ryan clicks the comms button* "Well I'm prepared, just waiting for the others" |

*The voice emits from the speakers in each of the SDVs again* "You'd all better be ready. Twenty seconds before launch" *Ryan sits tight inside the SDV, strapping up and preparing for the bumpy ride. He managed to squeeze in his knife and he smuggled some cigarettes. He clicks a small button besides him which closes the top of the SDV, then clicks another one opening the comms to the other SDVs* "Everyone ready?" |

| "Okay then. Everyone get comfy, launch is in 10 seconds"
*10 seconds quickly pass and the four SDVs are launched. They zip through the water at quite fast speeds. Ryan pulls a lever in the SDV, steering it out of the way of a gas bubble. He clicks the comms switch* "Okay, scanners have detected a small sewage route. Looks like this'll be our entrance.
