I recieved an email today basically for a request to help out our host. The business has been somewhat of a financial loss within the past year.

The Threat
- Ultimately, if this were to continue our host would eventually be put out of business, and thus we would have to search for another host again because we would not be getting hosting.

Our Help and Goal
- I've already setup the answer to the problem with our host today, and you will see it at the bottom of the board. Ads. I know it may come to an annoyance to some of you at first, but I truly don't think it should be a problem. And again, our services are basically on the line here.
- What can you do to help? Simply click a link anyday you can. That's all it'll take, at least 20 clicks a day from people would generate quite a bit.

We'd Win
- If we are successful with this and you guys do pitch in to help here, we would in the end, be getting hosted for free. My host has already discussed this with me. We generate a steady Ad Revenue for our host, and we wouldn't even have to pay for our hosting. He's already suggested that if we start off well here, our domain will get renewed.
- Altogether if this is a success, our host will be buying another computer to use as another server. This would give us cPanel, ultimate and easy control over our site.
- So in the end, everyone please give us a hand here. Just click a link at the bottom a day, or any day that you can. And we'd basically be getting our reliable fast hosting for free!

And you can get Free Hosting also!
- If you are interested and think you could run a successful site through our host, and setup Ads for it as we are doing, you could in the end, be getting free hosting! You'd have to pay off for a domain and 3 months at the start, but then if you ran a good Ad Revenue you wouldn't have to pay -anything-. If you are interested, check out our host!

IP tracker to make sure that ads can be clicked so many times before they don't count until another 24 hours and what is the limited about of clicks per day?

I'll probably edit the links a bit, move it up and make the colors the same as the board (like Acmlm's).

But I'm excited. cPanel will be fun .. heck, I said ~I~ could give out hosting with that. And well ... you can't beat free hosting.

I have a feeling that if you were to click an ad every time you "visited" the forums it probably would count it.

As long as you don't "over do" it.

I think google will just ignore the clicks if you do too many.

And they could ignore you permenantly.

I wouldn't click more than once every hour at MOST.

I mean let's say you wake up

Click one when you check the forum in the morning.

Click one when you get home form school.

and again before you go to bed.

That would be more than enough to "contribute to the cause".

Also yes, If you have a site that would let you ask your users to click banners or your staff even then I can give you free hosting too.

You would have to pay initially for the first month or two, and a domain if you wanted, and then after that as long as you generate at least $5 in revenue your hosting is free.

If you generate in excess of $5 it just goes "to the pot" to allow me to get better hardware.

You can ask Xeo, I didn't start my business to make money, and I wouldn't abuse this opportunity either.

Pretty much, the extra money genreated from this will go directly into providing you with pimp ass hosting.

I've lost about $8,000 since I started my business almost 3 years ago. I bought a house last July, and I just can't afford to continue to loose money.

I don't mind not making any money, but I can't continue to loose it.

This provides an opportunity for you to leverage my knowledge in running servers, to provide really fast bitchin webhosting to you for free, while I don't have to loose hundreds of dollars a month to do it.

All from dumb people who pay google to advertise online :-D

At first I thought Xeo was desperate for money. I was about to play Mr. hero and pay for a year's worth of hosting. but this here is awesome, and I have clicked on about 7 Ads today...

I dont click the same ad twice tho, If the ad has to load on my PC, then I know I havent clicked on it, and I just hit back, click on another ad, and move on...

Its kinda fun....^____^
