Boo.

Okay, let's get this thing overwith. I'm a very (not-so) busy man, and I need my time to do nothing more than bother people online.

Ugh ::eye roll:: I found Xeogaming back when it was MoD by following Rogue. They used to be on the boards all the time at school, so one day, I just looked over Junkie's shoulder for the URL and joined.

I'm the openly gay, very bitter one. Writer, RP-er occasionally, opinionated, and not afraid to occasionally flame someone in a non-direct, very intelligent, witty way. I lurk in the shadows.

Sometime around the mid-life of MoD, someone came up with Xeoland, and we discovered that we had neighborhoods. I think it was sometime around Mark's wedding thingy. Anyway, I built my home in that same neighborhood out in the suburbs of Sunset Waterfall. Since then, my yard has seen many a few battles of booting members of my otherwise pristine lawn. However, in the post wipe and turning over to Xeogaming, my house suffered a giant black hole, that has since stopped growing. This hole has eaten several cats, a penguin, that creepy lady across the street that stares at you as you get your mail, the warning sign, another sign, and a door-to-door MANA salesman. Upon further inspection one morning while standing in my bathrobe, I discovered that the hole is a direct portal to Xeo's Dirty Closet. Heh.

Painted the house dark blue last night. Paint's still wet. Come near it, and I will tie you up and throw you in the hole.

Well, let's go chronological since any other form just seems illogical. Hold on, gotta move car off lawn...

Okay, at the age of five, I became self-employed. Selling paper hats to neighbors in the condominium for a nickel a piece. Before I ended my business, I made fifteen cents. Cheap, tightwadded old bastards. The nice blond lady across the hall bought all three.

Around 1992, I restarted my company, selling catalog wares to people around the neighborhood. Before that eventually was put to rest to make way for my next business venture, I made a total of $500. This was invested into a video camera, and off launched my video production company.

The company, operating under the name of Excelsior Productions, ran successfully for several years until the digital videocamera revolution, which squashed it, and left me with a measly $10,614 to invest in the next business venture, getting a car, and helping out my mom. Nonetheless, despite the forced shutdowns, I was making money.

I came up with the idea of having a parent company that operated as a consultant firm, and tacking on subsidiary companies in its wake, sometime in 2000. So, Almodovar Enterprises was born, operating under the revamped motto of Intelligent Solutions for A Better Future. I've been self-employed for many years, but I wasn't competitive enough, so most of the subsidiaries have been in a state of shutdown for a few years now. I'm still a computer consultant to several of the higher ups in city government, but nothing more. I earn, on average, an extra $500 to $1000 every six months for the extra work. But, my Better Business Bureau records is spotless.

I started with Disneyland as a Store Operations Cast Member in early 2001, and stayed until early 2003. I actually just became bored one afternoon at school, and drove down to their hiring department. I was interviewed over the weekend, and hired on Monday. My first paying job that wasn't entirely generated on my own required selling my soul to the (Rat) mouse.

After Disneyland came the US Department of Homeland Security. A little backstory before I dive into this part of my life. I have always been computer literate. A self-proclaimed hacker by the age of ten, I always dabbled in areas that I shouldn't venture into. I caused havoc with school computers, I deployed viruses at Circuit City, I crashed my personal systems for analysis and repair knowledge. Around the age of 16, I was "noticed" by the Government. We'll just leave it at that.

My brief stay as a US Federal Agent to DHS under the guise of a Transportation Security Administration Screener Agent allowed me to gain much knowledge into the inner working of government. However, for reasons that I'd like to keep private, I'm not going into any detail about my position during that year.

After TSA came Tower Records as a Loss Prevention Agent. I hated the job, the ideals, and my bosses. End of story. Lasted four months, exactly.

After Tower, a kick-ass job with Activision doing what I do best...game analysis. Finding bugs. Writing. Four months of agony, pleasure, knowledge, and defeat. We were temps. We were laid off. JAKKS Pacific followed suit. Malibu. Sun. The sea. The politics. I left.

I was hired on with JAMDAT Mobile late in 2005 as a QA Tester in their Frontline Entertainment department. I spent three months there in that department, learning the ropes and enjoying gaming on the smaller screens. After being acquired by EA Mobile in February 2006 for an astounding $680 million, I was promoted to CRG (Code Release Group) and given more responsibilities, my own corporate e-mail and log-in, and my own (shared) computer station. I had clout. I had the ability to determine if a game passed or failed inspection prior to publishing. I like that.

I'm planning on staying with EA, hopefully work my way up the ranks. While I'm still a temp, my position is temp-to-hire, so I have the chance to become a permanent employee in about less than six months, provided I continue to provide the most excellent work I do already. Sure, my name no longer appears in game credits, but it's the sacrifice I make for having the better position. Activision can suck my balls. That is, after I receive my free Tony Hawk's American Wasteland game.

You miled your hands? How is that even possible? Misspelling...

Anyway, I started with an 8088 my dad had for some reason back in the early 80s, before I graduated to my Apple IIe, the Tandy 1000 RLX, and so on forever. I started when I was about five. Wrote and deployed my first virus when I was seven. Deployed a damaging computer work when I was ten. Did some more things later in those early years that I don't wanna discuss.

I love technology. I wanted to know what made it tick. Besides, I've always been a curious person...so much so that it's gotten me into a lot of trouble beforehand.

::leans back, crosses legs::

Next question.

This is going to be an easy question for you, but beeing a classic computer player such as myself, I have to ask you what games did you play when you were little on your computers?

Edit: If theres typos, get over it, im smoking a cigar

Screw playing games when you can code them yourself. I used to create my own games, mostly maze-based or that one three-dimensional engine for a DOOM like game I created early in the 1990s in QBasic. I don't remember playing many games back in the day. I much preferred to code all day and find out the digital inner workings of the computer than piddle around playing games. I didn't really become a hardcore gamer (if you can call it that) until a few years into college. And, that was only because I started working for Activision. If I weren't working in the videogame industry, I probably wouldn't be playing as many games as I do now.

And, I can type at about 30WPM one-handed. So, what's you're excuse. You don't have to hold onto the cigar the entire time you're smoking it.

"Nah the cigar makes me retarded..."

*The audience laughes a bit

"I tend to mispell things when im lightheaded...Hence, what the cigar does to me..."

:: Sajin picks up a paper with a question on it thats been asked to almost every person he interviewed ::

"Tell me about your friends on Xeogaming...I understand you know a few of the users on here personally such as Rogue and Guardian Oni...Tell us about your friendship with them..."

I've always been a writer. I really could not tell you where my inspiration for a lot of them come from, but when it hits, I write.

I've been known for writing cliffhanger stories, meaning, I start them with no intention of finishing them. Hook the reader, get to the good part, and stop. That's it.

Then, I have writing exercises, like "Car Wash" and "Introspective" where I try to create entire stories in as little words as possible, but still get across what I'm trying to convey.

The biggest projects I'm working on is the "Paradox Island Series", and have been working on that since about mid-tenth grade. It's evolved a lot in the past few years, but I'm hoping to finish it sometime before 2010.

"The Demon" currently fills my thoughts, mostly because I want to adapt that one for live-action film. Or, anime. Whichever is easier and cheaper, and whichever will look better.

But, as far as inspiration? I don't have it. I'm a natural-born writer. It's in my memoirs, also started on this site, and I just write because I'm not drawing. Or because I'm bored. Or because I've "snapped" and it's better than doing something that could land me in jail.

The Demon is a personification of my internal struggle with myself, the eternal battle between my ego and the person I'd like to be. And, what I'd like to do if I ever became a world renowned trained assassin. At least, my brain actually functions in that manner, but I lack the physical aspect to actually carry out anything.

Therefore, I write stories. Just posted a portion of the script for the movie version of The Demon in the Story Realm.

The Demon is just a bored and talented guy stuck in a pseudo reality where the videogaming industry has taken off so hugely that his words in the only existing videogaming magazine--FPS--make or break any game. In the game review world, he is god. But, the job gets boring. He's a reviewer. He travels to different game HQs all over the world to play the latest and greatest; then he writes about it. E3 is just another con for him. He's a genius, he's well-off, and he's bored. He's also a well-trained martial artist--comes from the boredom part.

So, at some point, he decided to become an assassin. Started low, working some odd jobs here and there. After a few years, he developed his own style, and only works for certain jobs. He is hitman for the organized crime world. When they need one of their own done in, he's their man. He's pricey, but he's efficient, and everything is always routed back as an accident. Not even the best CSI teams in the world could mistake any of his work for intentional.

Still, he's bored nonetheless. And, recent word of a copycat rival has sparked his interests. Friend or foe? Only the story will tell.
