| Okay, only a few of you probably know this, but I'm into bodybuilding. Although I can be very inconsistent, I've been doing it for about 5 years (on and off during the first few). I take a few supplements too. The main one being a meal replacement shake powder called "Nytro Pro 40".
I've been taking that stuff for about 3 years now. One day, sometime around 2 years ago I think, I decided to make pancakes, something I don't do that often. Being the creative person I am, I thought about my Nytro Pro, for some reason, and then came up with the idea- "Hey, why don't I mix some Nytro Pro into the pancake batter?  "
So I did. (vanilla flavor, by the way) I poured the mix onto the pan and made 5 pancakes from it. I was so proud and excited about my creation that I just had to take a picture! But I didn't want to be a normal picture, so I styled it up a bit. Now, I don't normally like having picture like this saved with out some kind of caption, so I made one of those too, with a little editing from everyone's favorite paint program, MS Paint. 
Note what the caption says. Yes, they indeed kicked my ass! A meal replacement with something that already fills you up pretty fast. That's like eating two meals in one. After only 3 pancakes, 3 Pancakes, I was so full that I couldn't eat the other two and had to throw them away.  My god, just 3. And they weren't even that big. It was literally like a nuclear bomb. They're small in size, and yet they can blow up an entire city. I think the case here was that each pancake was about the equivilant of two. And that seems right, beause I'm only able to eat just about 6 pancakes. So that's my story for you guys. Oh, and the syrup was boysenberry, I believe. My favorite.
