I am watching Doctor Who, Castle, Pokemon (on season 2), ReBoot (just finished season 2 of 4), and MLP FiM. Does anyone else watch MLP FiM?

Laying around watching Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian again. Borrowed it from the library, despite having already seen it a few times. Saw it before seeing the first movie, actually.

Yeah, I know these movies are cheesy. And I'm aware they're starring Ben Stiller. But I'm a sucker for museums and historical figures and the like. They're fun movies.

I just finished watching Pee-Wee's Big Adventure. The last time I saw it was at the drive-in with my parents when I was a really little kid. They were replaying it in a double-feature with Peter Pan.

It's so freaking WTF. Like, why would little kids be so enchanted with him enough that someone decided to give him a TV show after this? He's an incredibly creepy man-child.

A friend of mine recently got me into the television show Community. To say the least, it's amazing. I love the humor involved in the show, and Donal Glover is one of my favorite comedians. Definitely recommended.

I think my humor is lost. I really did not enjoy the Hangover as much as I hoped for. I thought it was just "OK".

I mean there were some funny parts to the movie. Don't get me wrong. But 60% of the movie to me was just retarded.

For starters. I am not a fan of Zach Galifianakis. At all. His role in this movie was to be nothing more than a blubbering idiot and to me, from the things I have seen him do, that's all he is to me. A blubbering idiot.

I watched it tonight with some friends and with two girls and everyone was SHOCKED that I have not seen this movie. Popped it in, and with only a few chuckles here and there I kinda feel bad for lying saying that it was a pretty funny movie. Had a feeling they were gonna cut my testicles off saying it was just OK.

I mean, if you have not seen it go ahead and watch it. I just did not see most of the humor at all in this movie.

Also Mike Tyson was a horrible actor.

I kind of don't like Zach Galifianakis at all either, but Ed Helms is the man so I'm torn on those movies. They do look stupid though and not that funny at all.

I'm so glad I'm not alone.

I didn't see it when it came out in theaters, and every time it came up in conversation somewhere, like class for instance, you'd hear people go, "Are you talking about The Hangover? That movie is HILARIOUS!!!!!"

People were going as Zach Galifianakis with "Carlos" for Halloween and so on.

So when I finally saw it - completely bored.

I felt like my 15-year-old self in that theater in Texas trying to watch Dude, Where's My Car?, all over again. I just stared at the screen in bewilderment while people around me were near vomiting laughing so hard.

I mean, yeah it had its moments, but it wasn't the funniest movie ever like the majority of people around were insisting.

Out of character for me, but I'm watching the American Idol finale show.

I don't know who the finalists are and I haven't watched an episode of this show since the first season, back in high school, when Kelly Clarkson won.

Anyway, just saw Judas Priest sing "Living After Midnight" followed by Jack Black singing "Fat Bottom Girls." Oh. My. God.

I need a beer. Out to the Rogue festival once the boyfriend gets home from band practice.

Watching Beast Wars again, one episode left of the first season. When I'm done with this I'm watching the original Transformers in its entirety.

Three words:

GAME OF THRONES

It is EPIC.

All my other shows are done for the season... I really liked the way that both Bones and Parks and Recreation ended, and I am really REALLY eager to see what happens next season for House.

Watching Flight of the Conchords season 2. Never seen the first.

It's pretty hilarious.

I don't feel as though I'd been missing out, but rather that this is the right time in my life that this show feels relevant to me, making it seem all the more brilliant. But yeah, I dig it.

Yeah, I'll definitely look into getting it. I'm only watching season 2 because that's what the city library had and I figured I'd give it a chance.

Still watching it, but now I feel like watching "Spaced." I guess this job search is making me feel like Daisy.

Watching "Frontier House" on DVD. I haven't seen it in nearly 10 years, back when it first aired on PBS. It's still just so fascinating.

So Ben discovered a nifty series from 2007 called Michael Palin's New Europe.... in which Michael Palin (Monty Python actor, no relation to that other Palin.... ugh) tours the European countries formerly behind the Iron Curtain (and Turkey) to not only learn about their cultures but to see how the political changes have effected them since the fall of the Soviet Union. The segment on Turkey seemed a bit out of place, but still awesome, and talked a lot about the potential of Turkey joining the European Union. All in all it was a really neat series and I enjoyed it a lot.

Apparently Latvia still holds pagan celebrations for days like Midsummer. This made me strangely happy.

Watching "Manor House" now. It came out around the same time as "Frontier House," but in England and it takes place during the Edwardian Era. It mostly follows the servants and how hard and constraining their lives can be.

I'm trying to track down "Texas Ranch House," which was a lot like "Frontier House" but instead of it being homesteaders it's about cowboys and a ranching family. I've also been looking for "1900 House," the first of these PBS reality shows.

Finally watching The Magnificent Seven. I'd started watching it a couple times throughout my life, but would always fall asleep. It's good, but definitely not my favorite western. Most of the actors that make up "the seven" freaking rock all the same -- Yul Brynner, Steve McQueen, James Coburn, Charles Bronson, etc.

Gotta love that theme song:

I finally finished Season 2 of Community, and I want more. I'm hoping a third season is made, but I need some sort of filler until it is.

Has anyone seen 30 Rock? I don't know if it's worth watching.

Watching Dodge City starring Errol Flynn and Olivia de Havilland. I'd love to finish it if only our PS2, which we're using as our DVD, didn't have trouble playing DVDs so much.

Pretty decent western so far. Errol Flynn is still just so damn badass.

Seems like every Errol Flynn movie I've seen has Olivia de Havilland as the love interest, and honest I'm glad. They are great together. Shame about him dying so young.

30 Rock... it was good, but I dunno. It got kind of old, most of my friends and I don't keep up with it anymore.

Community is the shizz though.

Anyone seen IT Crowd? Pretty hilarious British comedy.
