| If you do a bunch of these at the same time, you'll notice that various numbers have the same symbol.
Often you're going to get the same pattern of numbers, so they just put the same symbol on these. Example: Choosing 91 will get you 81. Choosing 99 also gets you 81. Pretty much any number in the 90s will get you 81. The same symbol as 81 will also fall on 18, since most of the numbers in the 20s will get you that. Apparently no one read my post. 
Here's the pattern, and all of the symbols that fall on these are the same. 10-19: 9 20-29: 18 30-39: 27 40-49: 36 50-59: 45 60-69: 54 70-79: 63 80-89: 72 90-99: 81 You'll also notice the pattern is in multiples of 9, and the symbols repeat themselves after the 9th one.
