I haven't taken the test yet, but I do know something about detecting fake or real smiles.

When someone really smiles, little muscles in the outside corners of their eyes with tighten and slightly wrinkle the skin. However, this does not occur in fake smiles.

I remember seeing something on TV about it... It was quite funny when some woman really smiled at a flower seller she didn't even know yet when she smiled at one of her good friends it was fake.

EDIT: And, using my technique, I got 18/20 correct! ^^

And it even says in part of the passage explaining it: "As well as making the mouth muscles move, the muscles that raise the cheeks – the orbicularis oculi and the pars orbitalis – also contract, making the eyes crease up, and the eyebrows dip slightly."

Usually if they move their shoulders it's really guinuine. XD Or if they're cheek bones raise.
