| Xeios heard the movement behind him. He threw himself into the ground, and dodged the claw attack. He grabbed Soulsteel with his left hand and swung upwards trying to lop off the hand of his attacker. Xeios was on his right side, revolver in one hand, Soulsteel in the other. He charged a bit of telekinetic energy in this second before he was sure to be attacked and stared into the eyes of Pensuke, although this was through the veil and sunglasses, his eyes still seemed to pierce into Pensuke's very soul. | |||

| Xeios' left hand was still free, and shot a cone of extremely cold energy, instantly freezing the chains. He gave them a slight tap with the cards and the chains shattered. Xeios moved at an immense speed. He was behind Demi by the time the chains had fully shattered. He slashed with all five cards, they were held in a fan-like fashion and they were brought down upon the back of Demi's head...
-----Two of Clubs--A special magical card. Indestructible by nature, and has a mighty magic upon it. The 'club' cards have special magicks contained within them, which can easily lower the abilities of the target. This special card destroys all of the special abilities of the person it hits. If the card hits the target, then the effect is put into play no matter what. The cards can cut through any non-magical barrier. But magical barriers do not stop them. The only things that can stop the cards are magical material things... -----Two of Spades--A special magical card. Indestructible by nature, and has a mighty magic upon it. The 'Spade' cards have extremely powerful poisons contained within them. They can cut through any non-magical barrier. But magical barriers do not stop them. The only things that can stop the cards are magical material things... This card is specialized to cripple the heart of the foe. This effect happens two turns after being hit by the card, and death is imminent. If the card hits the target, then the effect is put into play no matter what. -----Two of Diamonds--A special magical card. Indestructible by nature, and has a mighty magic upon it. The 'Diamond' cards have extremely powerful neurotoxins contained within them. They can cut through any non-magical barrier. But magical barriers do not stop them. The only things that can stop the cards are magical material things...This card is specialized to disable all psychic and mind powers. This effect happens as soon as being hit by the card. If the card hits the target, then the effect is put into play no matter what. -----Two of Hearts--A special magical card. Indestructible by nature, and has a mighty magic upon it. The 'Heart' cards have effects upon blood contained within the victim. They can cut through any non-magical barrier. But magical barriers do not stop them. The only things that can stop the cards are magical material things... This card is specialized to turn the target's blood into mercury. This effect happens three turns after being hit by the card, and death is sure. If the card hits the target, then the effect is put into play no matter what. -----Ace of Hearts--A special magical card. Indestructible by nature, and has a mighty magic upon it. The 'Heart' cards have effects upon blood contained within the victim. They can cut through any non-magical barrier. But magical barriers do not stop them. The only things that can stop the cards are magical material things... This card is specialized to allow Xeios to turn his foe's blood into usable energy. This effect happens directly after being hit by the card, and Xeios can use the blood for three turns before the effect is disabled. If the card hits the target, then the effect is put into play no matter what. (ooc--so, Dark Silhouette, get hit by pretty much any of these and the battle is over...) |

| The manga are cool, and reveal a lot more information a lot more quickly than the anime. But it is really necessary to watch the anime for full effect. The anime typically has more action. (obviously since the pictures are animated) And it has gotten a lot farther in one aspect than the manga.
Both are still mighty kickass, and both deserve to be seen by all. |

| THe Manga is all I know. I have been following it since it was released in the US via Shonen Jump. I am mighty obsessed with it, not as much as Hellsing, but still obsessed. Sasuke is my favorite. He most resembles me. I am nothing like Naruto, and nothing like Sakura. I kinda resemble Kakashi, but not as much as Sasuke. Sasuke with the Spoiler: Is just pure badass. | I am straight, not any bit homosexual or bisexual. And I have absolutely no problem with any gays or bisexual people.
I know pretty much all of the gay guys in the school I attend, just because of my girlfriend. And I constantly hear how they think I am 'hot.' It doesn't bother me. It actually boosts my low self-esteem when it comes to my looks, but I am not sure if I want ot be looked at in that way, by another male. It can sometimes be uncomfortable. But I usually get over it quickly. And hanging out with gay guys, is like hanging out with a bunch of girls. I have many fun stories from hanging out with them... But anyway, I think they should have equal rights when it comes to anything. |
