Although I don't plan on joining your RP, I wouldn't mind giving you a few pointers here to make it more realistic. It's a good idea, however it could use a little extra historical accuracy. (If don't want accuracy and want to make this all fantasy, ignore this post completly.)

Firstly, under no circumstances can I see the Third Reich conquering the entire world. It would not only be impossible, but Hitler never even considered it. However, it would be possible for the globe to be ruled by the Axis Powers, which is I assume what your are trying to create for this RP. In order for this to happen historically, I believe a number of factors must happen:

1. The South win the American Civil War. Very important. Imagine a world where the CSA wins and the southern states become independant. The imagine them becoming more and more right winged (Never aboloshing slavery, millitary occupations of Mexico etc). By the 1930s, the CSA is essentially Facist, and eventually allies with Germany.

2. Oswald Mosley comes into power in Britain in the 1930s, and the British Empire becomes Facist. It then withdraws from the League of Nations, and forms the Axis along with Germany, Italy, Japan and the CSA.

3. Hitler holds back the war until aroudn the mid 40s, allowing him and his allies to fully rearm.

Hitler then invades Poland, and Britain attacks France with German and Italian support. After knocking out both countries they begin taking other European nations such as Belgium, Norway and Greece. The CSA begins a massive millitary campaign against the USA, and Japan bombs USA's Pearl Harbour. The Royal Navy attacks the USA;s Atlantic Fleet, and eventually the US is captured. Then all the Axis powers attack the USSR, Germany, Italy, Britain and minor Axis states from the west, and Japan and the CSA attacking Siberia. At this time SPain joins the Axis and attacks North Africa and Portugal along with Britain. The USSR is eventually overcome thanks to CSA and Germany developing atomic weapons, and it split between the Axis powers, who now essentially control the entire world.

I hope that helps. As I said, if you want to make it completly fantasy, that's fine. However, what i mentioned above is possibly the easiest way the world could have been controlled by the Axis powers. It would be extremely difficult (In my eyes) for the Third Reich alone to occupy the whole globe, and they wouldn;t have done that anyway.

Hmm...I dunno, perhaps a better idea than that would be if Hitler's failed Munich Putcsh actually succeeded and he got into power in the 1920s... That way, he'd have plenty of time to prepare for way, rather than the six years or so he actually had historically.

As someone who has had a lot of experience in the past with RPGMaker, here's my two cents.

Making RPGs takes a hell of lot of time and effort, so you really shouldn't be messing around with casting and voice acting etc until you know, you've FINISHED making the game? And by the way, voice acting doesn't really work well with RPG Maker either. I've only seen a small handful of RPG Maker games with full voice acting, and they were usually really crap and buggy. The voice acting was rarely in sync. It's honestly not worth the effort, and it'll make game file HUGE.
You don't need by flashy cutscenes either. For one, I'll be very impressed if you put a massive video onto RPG Maker without the damn thing EXPLODING or something. And what RPG really needs voice acting and impressive CGI videos? The only RPGs with them have come out in the last five years or so. Since RPG Maker games usually come out SNES style, you do NOT need voice acting or CGI videos.

Anyway, good luck with the project, guys. I would just advise you not to concentrate too much on voice acting and stuff, and get the main things (gameplay and plot) finished first.

Yeah, and I assume they aren't out to make profit with this either. Especially since selling RPG Maker games isn;t exactly legal.

SK, were the voice acting and cutscenes the best thing about Legend of Dragoon? Without them, was the game absoultely awful and unplayable? Did you play it SOELY because of the voice acting and CGI videos? If yes to the last question, you really really shallow

I know it was just a joke, but what kind of gun could you fit inside a wallet or a purse?

Anyway, my wallet has a tenner in it, a libary card, a provisional driver's liscense, a card for some bar in Chester one of my brother's friends gave me months ago, my UCAS card, an ID card (I dunno why I need that if I have a provisional driver's liscence, but meh) and like twenty pence too.
