I'mnot one to get sick during winter. I rather enjoy the cold sometimes, although it has nothing to do with my immune system. My sickness comes sometime around spring in the form of "super" allergies where I constantly sneeze in 2 second intervals for aobut 3-5 minutes. This happens several times a day and goes for 2 weeks.

Right you are, [Shuyin]. It is a joke. One my fiance told me months ago. She had me at the edge of my seat too. This would have gone into the joke forum, but it wouldn't have worked so well.

It's special in that it is of the first Sonic game, and you don't see that particular image of him anymore. So I guess it is something to admire.

I like the Magic Tournament idea. It's similar to the weapons tourny, which I'm sure you've gotten the idea from, and something I've though about a few times. Something like this will get people to create more spells, which happens to be something I like. There would definitely be a good chance for me to do great since I seem to be the holding the largest amount of magic spells in this board and know how to use them very well. I'm for it.

I assume you would make distribute characters to participants according to what they normally don't fight as. That would be one of the better ways of doing this. This, of course, would take just a little observation in the Character forum. Look at what characters people use and make one up for them that they haven't seemed to think of yet. That will get people to think. And if you're good with adaptation then this tournament wouldn't be a problem for you.

I think that seems like a very feasible idea as well. We have to keep in mind that only interesting news should probably be the only stuff to go into such a forum.

You know, this isn't the first time something like this has come up. Although not a corporate thing, I have heard a story about how a school christmas party had to change its green and red plates (Christmas colors, meaning Christian beliefs) to white becuase a couple of Muslim parents were offended. Just a couple of them. You know, Muslims aren't bad people, but they were just a bit wrong to complain about something like that. For one, this is America, a nation brought up under Christain beliefs, not any other religion. I know very well that if Americans tried converting something in the Muslim world there would be a lot of conflict.
And two, they're just plates. At party. A party which honors Jesus Christ (not that a lot people prbably saw it that way). And reading that article from Maddox I came across a pretty humorous email that he got. Maddox, Upon reading your new post regarding Orbitz, I decided to email them to inform them that not only will I never do business with them in my entire life, I will make sure that everybody I know does not even consider Orbitz as an option to plan any future travel. Even though I have never used Orbitz before, they are forever out of the question as an option in my mind. On that note, NEVER underestimate how many people will support you on these kinds of things. You're still a dick though. -Brett |

It's the same with me every year as it has been for the past 4 or so. I can never think of anything to put on a list. Mainly becuase what I'd like to get (trance music, anime or... something) no one knows what of those choices to get me becuase even though there are so many, I have a lot of it. There's a chance they'd get something I wouldn't like very much (but I must admit, there are very few electronica CDs I have that I cannot find even one song to like). I usually let people surprise me, and what I get I usually like.
This year however I think I'll put the Motorola Razr cell phone on my list. I want to get rid of the one I currently have, which goes through sprint. Although not a bad phone, I'd rather have something that actually work without having to constantly be on roaming here at Ft. McCoy. And the Razr is going for $100 for the holidays. So I'm sure someone could cough up that much to get me one. If not, then I'll buy it myself. Besides, it has plenty of options that could please me. I think. Who would actually look that happy and joyful sitting in an iPod chair simply listening to music. There must be someting else it does....
And it figures that none other than Sharper Image woudl have it. Tis a good store, just with sometimes overpriced items. |

I think you guys did a very good job with it. There's a lot of information about the city, more than enough that one could know just about everything of it. I'm assuming it's a project from you mentioning "second place material". Nice work, True.

Now that you mention the slant I do notice it. Pretty funny. I think I tend to do that sometimes. May not be the best drawings, but at least it gives up an idea of the characters look like.

How did you manage to find something like this, anyway? It seemed to come from nowhere. I thought it was a good comic. I'm not too fond of comics so I was a bit uninterested in reading at first, but I forced myself and eventually I got into it. Pretty humorous I must say. Spoiler:
Too bad he lost. I never did notice the whole Greedo thing and the alterations to the video. I'll have to keep that in mind to look for it if I ever watch Star Wars again. It happened in Ep. 6, right? |

Here I figured they would be trick questions. The last one made me think that it was going to be rather difficult, but it was easy enough. Guess what guys, I am NOT dumb. .....

However, I'll say it only to 2 of my cousins, of which I don't hang out with too often. I'll never use that stuff on the internet. Ever. It's just not me. And I can't really stand it when people use "R U". Don't know why I can't, it just became that way. It's even worse when your fiance does it sometimes. But I don't mind that really. |

Oh man. That is pretty good. I like the idea, and despite what some of you have said about dust and such it's better if you actually expose you baby to those sort of things (in moderation, mind you) because his/her developing immune system will create a resistance the germs and bacteria associated with dust, dirt and animal fur/hair. (That's why it's best to have a pet around the house with you baby, so it's body can get used to the stuff)
So not only will your child be "learning" about responsibility and healthy work ethics, but it will also develop a strong immune system. |
