| You have the wrench in the first game, but in Infinite you have that hook that you wear on your left hand. You hold down V when you're in front of people and it just kills them in the most gruesome ways. You also use it to latch onto hooks and the gondola rails.
Holy crap, I wish that were a ride at an amusement park or something. I want a simulator ride of Booker and Elizabeth escaping the statue and falling and grabbing onto things. It could take over the Simpsons ride that Universal replaced the "Back to the Future" ride with. And I'll have to check out the DLCs. They didn't come with the package I bought off Steam, sadly. Hm, I have my shelf of DVDs right next to me, but I'll just name the closest weird title to me, which is Jesus Christ Vampire Hunter. Other items would be: - Lawn gnome signed by the members of the League of STEAM. It's holding a radish, but they said it looked like an engorged testicle. - A bottle of apple pie-flavored moonshine. - Antique bedwarmer. It allegedly came out of the Chicken Ranch (the infamous "Best Little Whorehouse in Texas"). - Collection of comics that feature Obama as a character. "Barack the Barbarian" would probably be my favorite. One of the many things in the short boxes of comics I keep near the desk. - And, ah fuck it, here's a sixth thing... an Italian rapier. I write too much. But then again, I write how I talk and I can't shut up when I'm amongst friends. What are the strangest (to other people, I guess) things you keep in your wallet? |

Spoiler: I kept chanting, "Push her in! Push her in!" and when he did -- and you have no idea how much I love Baelish, though I know we're supposed to hate him. So it was great for me seeing a character I love, push one of my most hated to her death. FUCKING AWESOME. |

| I come back to You Don't Know Jack from time to time, but it's annoying as fuck that I'm playing against my friends' scores so I never get first place because I know they're exploiting holes in the game for higher scores.

| I've been spoiled playing the Fallout games. I miss getting to choose where I go and when. With Bioshock, you're just stalling, looking around, before you have to go to the next battle area.
But yes, I like Infinite more, though I really hate not getting to carry spare food, medical kits, weapons, ammo, and salts. |

Now I just need to finish editing the photos and get them in the mail. Since we're expecting more than a month's worth of company, I've been forced to help my dad remodel the guest bathroom. I've been tearing off wallpaper, which has been TEDIOUS. At the same time, we're having brick steps installed in the backyard, and Dad wants me hanging around the lower floor to sort of monitor them. It's been pretty bullshit around here. That list of people coming again: - June 5th through the 26th-ish, my cousin, her daughter, her daughter's friend, and her daughter's friend's mother are staying. Maddie will be here all month, and god only knows how long the strangers will be here. This is actually REALLY stressing my family and me out. - First weekend of July, my mom's best friend is visiting from Australia. Really looking forward to her visit since she only comes so often, but was here last month. She's a huge "Game of Thrones" fan and we geek out on so much. Big plans when she's here. | If it's any consolation, I've had to clean up much worse messes Brandon's created while drunk.
I've actually... never really spent money on furniture. Looking around our room, it's mostly curbside rescues and things we've just sort of inherited over the years. The desk I'm using Brandon's computer on was bought by his mom with embezzled money. Our bed used to be my parents'. My bookshelves were made by my mother's father, who's now deceased. I think the most "expensive" things would be my wall-mounted, metal DVD shelves from IKEA for $6 apiece and there's 5 of them up there. When it comes to shipping characters in fandoms, which pairing is your favorite (that you might call your OTP)? |

- 2048 and all of the variants (Internet) - Bioshock (PC) - Bioshock Infinite (PC) I've also started Bioshock 2, but I've only gotten the first few levels in before I skipped ahead to Infinite. One of these days I'll actually play Fallout New Vegas all the way through. | It's been a while since I loaded it, so I'm not sure. I probably do since I save a lot, but then I can't figure out why I've had to do the whole sleeping with Benny and then killing him and continuing onto many other missions and having to do them ALL over again.
But, on thinking about it, I think it also was from realizing Boone and ED-E weren't getting the weapons I asked them to carry (because they're essentially pack mules who can kill things) back on exiting the casinos, so I was replaying the missions and trying to get around the bug. | Had a caprese panini at the cafe this morning, with homemade potato chips. If only the pesto and mozzarella were at least warm, then they'd have flavor.
Yesterday, bought my friend a bag of almond flour so we could make chocolate chip pancakes. It makes a really thin batter that may as well have been crepes, but the texture was too much like (you guessed it) crushed almonds. |
