Update: We had a pre-season tournament yesterday. Our team got destroyed in all four games (9-1, 9-3, 7-0, 8-1). I missed the first game, but played in the next three. In the process, I re-injured the ankle. Evidently, I tested it too soon. 
Also dislocated my elbow. I'm a fucking mess. xD |

| I had my first college hockey tournament this weekend. It was shortened, two 15 minute periods, so that we weren't there all day. Talk about a fucking fiasco. My ride was hung over and didn't get us there on time, so we missed the first game. They ended the first game early due to a mercy rule (games end if it was in the second half and there was an 8 goal differential), so we lost that one 9-1 to Neumann College. Then Villanova beat us 9-3 (I got an assist, at least). Temple beat us 7-0 next. Then, the playoff round started, in which we were promptly eliminated by Temple, who beat us 8-1 this time. I also dislocated my elbow in the game, and tweaked my already injured ankle.
In other news, I get to come home for a four-day weekend this week, which should be fun. |

| Wow, this thread is really old, I know, but I'm going through some of the old video ones...this guy totally came to my college back at the end of August! Like, legit. He did this whole two hour thing with like inspirational comedy and stuff. It really wasn't inspirational at all, actually, but he's pretty damn funny. And then to round it off, he performed the Evolution of Dance live. It was pretty awesome. He took the best ones from the first and second parts, and then added some even more modern stuff (Single Ladies, The Stanky Leg, etc.) in as well. It was so cool. |
