| Belial... that sound really similar to the events that lead to my maternal grandmother's death (not the one that just died)... they gave her a barium test, some got into her lungs, they knew it and released her... she was dead two days later. As soon as results confirm your suspicions, your family should go after that hospital... specifically the doctor that released him, because that kind of negligence should never be tolerated.
Again, words cannot express how sorry I am that your family has had to suffer because of the incompetence of some jackass in a white coat. Fuck them! As for my own fuck you of the evening, fuck you, laptop, for not saving the edit for my anthology story when I fucking told you to. Now I have to do my revision all over again and I really do not have the time to do it! |

| That is a very good point. Still, not everyone could do that in her situation, and that is something praise-worthy.
So yeah... those two jobs? Now add full-time school to that. I was up for over 40 hours between Monday and Wednesday last week. Hopefully I can avoid that in the future, and I may ask Giant Eagle to take me off the schedule until the semester or Iron Mountain ends (at this rate the semester might come first). |

| Usually it depends on what is stressing me out, but lately the main song that I've turned to has been "I Am Made of You" by Alice Cooper. After a rather nasty argument with Ben one night I was listening to it and I was cheered up by my friends, so I tend to link the song to that and it always helps me feel better.

| Rogue: I know you aren't really big into gaming and such, but if guys are ever bored enough the Cobalt Nightmare larp can always use extra NPCs. It is cheap to free and you get exercise at least.
As for my recent guilty pleasure, it is a more traditional one... ice cream. Specifically, Edy's (Dryer's) black raspberry chocolate ice cream which is like $6 here for a quart or so. I have finished half of it on my own and have no intentions of sharing because it is the closest thing to the Thrifty razzberry rumba that I loved so long ago... and that I still consider my favorite even though they stopped making it nearly a decade ago. | I also hate football... I'm just glad it's not the Steelers this year. Nothing sucks worse than working at a supermarket on the weekend of the Superbowl, and the local team isn't even playing... I can only imagine how bad it'd be if they were.
That said, as sick as I am of hearing about both teams, I went with Patriots because most of the people here are going against them. Something about some record of old Steelers players with four wins being tied and they want to "preserve the legacy" or some stupid shit. So yeah, I went with the Patriots out of spite. Of course, I am most likely going to be doing homework or dicking about online during the game so it's not like I will really be paying attention anyway other than the commercials and maybe halftime if they have somebody halfway decent playing. |
