| That's like a friend of mine who went paintballing once, bought like $3,000 in guns, equipment, gear, and all that crap and never went paintballing ever again.
The garage sale happened. It was just really, really sad. Since we didn't really open all of Lola's boxes and things, people were just going through them, upending them all over the place, breaking shit here and there, and then leaving without buying anything. By the time I got there, the place was a mess and there was just one guy there, going through drawers in the garage. |

It's all shows on basket weaving, chairs of Victorian England, doorknobs of Colonial America, and Liv Tyler doing so-called dramatic readings of the most inane letters between John and Abigail Adams. It's entirely uninteresting and the consensus goes: "If it's interesting, it's not educational. Gotta leave it out."

| Granted, the store is now entirely empty all day, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, and several days after. It was a pretty dramatic game and people can't get over it.
The store's owner is reeling over how to make up the losses and lays off all of the people who've been hired in the last year. Last one's hired, first ones fired. I wish I didn't go to that party last night, but rather to a different party (for a friend who's leaving the country) which I had intended to go to, but for the fact that our driver got plastered early into the first party (that being a REALLY lame costume party where everyone was either too old or too young and the "adults" were blocking off the way to get to the drinks all night and didn't even come in costume, so they were looking down their noses at those of us following the theme of the party.  Any time we tried to find an excuse to leave, we kept getting held up). |

Probably should have come here first with the wish I just wrote to be corrupted.  That would be the one about going to a really lame costume party and wishing I'd instead gone to this one with my college friends from State since one of them is heading home to Malaysia soon.
But if I'm allowed one wish, for anything, I'd wish for perfect health for my mom, dad, Brandon, and myself. My parents both have these conditions (her breast cancer keeps coming back and Dad's diabetic) and my mom is working herself insane because she's about to be 65 and they REALLY need the insurance from her job, so she's working into her 70s to make sure both she and Dad are covered. Who was your crush when you were 15? Tell us about him/her. |

| I had the strangest, perhaps coolest, dream last night. The only part that's coming to mind right now was about for some reason having to run away from the cops (one of them being Kevin James) and Neil Gaiman distracted them and scared them away as I got away.
I feel like shit right now. Figuratively in the physical and mental sense. |

| Patrick. Or Pat, as Elara calls him. Or AnimeRPJunkie or Junkie as he was called on Vizzed and MoD, respectively.
He was living with his parents forever and mentioned that one of these days he might just go visit his WoW friends up in Northern California and never come back. And one day, he did. He was supposed to be back after the weekend, and he just.. wasn't. He came down a few times to collect his things to move into the place with his friends. Sometimes he comes down from time to time, his girlfriend from up there in tow once in a while. He was/is one of my best friends, and my boyfriend and he had been friends since they were 12, best friends for a little less than that, and he just left without a goodbye. Have you ever cried typing something on the board? (I didn't just now or anything, it's just a question ) |

| According to the original post, the guy who took it meant it to only be a 45-55 minute exposure, but passed out and came to 3 hours later to find the camera went until the battery died. Not sure how long it really went for.

| It's more that I didn't like calling him Pat, which Brandon calls him and I do too more these days since we have another friend that we think of first when referring to someone named Patrick. I've just always thought of it as a unisexual, androgynous name and it makes me think of things like "Pat the Bunny" and "It's Pat." Nothing against the guy himself.
When he didn't come back, I figured it was as he said he would do. Seemed like the others didn't pick up on it for weeks. I dunno. Anyway, in answer the question, I don't know. I mean, I've had people cut me off, but usually there's an obvious reason, or they were a chicken shit and wrote me a note in high school (happened once). I've lost touch with people, and people have de-friended me on Facebook (usually people who weren't really friends who had sent me the friend request first and pestered me to re-friend them when I dropped them a few times... *cough cough*), but I don't feel like I've been cut off out of the blue. If I was, I'm obviously oblivious to it, and they aren't missed. Where is your favorite place to watch the sunset? |
