This is something that I truly wish to share and express. Do read it. 10 Reasons Why Gay Marriage is Wrong 01) Being gay is not natural. Real Americans always reject unnatural things like eyeglasses, polyester, and air conditioning. 02) Gay marriage will encourage people to be gay, in the same way that hanging around tall people will make you tall. 03) Legalizing gay marriage will open the door to all kinds of crazy behavior. People may even wish to marry their pets because a dog has legal standing and can sign a marriage contract. 04) Straight marriage has been around a long time and hasn't changed at all; women are still property, blacks still can't marry whites, and divorce is still illegal. 05) Straight marriage will be less meaningful if gay marriage were allowed; the sanctity of Britney Spears' 55-hour just-for-fun marriage would be destroyed. 06) Straight marriages are valid because they produce children. Gay couples, infertile couples, and old people shouldn't be allowed to marry because our orphanages aren't full yet, and the world needs more children. 07) Obviously gay parents will raise gay children, since straight parents only raise straight children. 08) Gay marriage is not supported by religion. In a theocracy like ours, the values of one religion are imposed on the entire country. That's why we have only one religion in America. 09) Children can never succeed without a male and a female role model at home. That's why we as a society expressly forbid single parents to raise children. 10) Gay marriage will change the foundation of society; we could never adapt to new social norms. Just like we haven't adapted to cars, the service-sector economy, or longer life spans. |

| I really don't watch TV, at least not with any conviction any more.
There's nothing that I'd religious sit and watch every time it's aired, though if these shows are on, I'll sit and watch until I have to do something else: - Mythbusters (can only catch if I'm at someone's house who has cable) - South Park (used to be the same as above, but now a local channel here airs it at night) - Xena: Warrior Princess (needs to be a holiday and at a house with cable, I used to religiously watch it on network channels in its hey-day) - Hercules: The Legendary Journies (same as Xena) - My Name is Earl (I absolutely love this show, but I have class when it's on. Probably the only new show I'd religiously watch if I had the opportunity. At the same time, I'm a HUGE Jason Lee fan, Ethan too, and was in a talkshow audience just to catch Jason Lee on there and watch a clip). Then there are the odds and ends of Sci-Fi channel, which Zoso's mom has on everyday I'm over at their apartment, so I end up watching Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis, Battlestar Galactica, Roar, Sliders (which I used to watch on network when it was on then), and then an uncountable number of Grade-B horror/sci-fi/fantasy movies. My gray cat, Miko, is rather moronic. My parents have called her "stupid" and so on. The person who gave her to me, nicknamed her "the Gray Ghost", which is a play off of the nickname that was given to the Queen Mary, a ship docked in Long Beach. The ship has a vast history of safely transporting American soldiers. It was so uncatchable and hard to get that Hitler even put down several hundred thousand dollars to the captain of any U-boat that sunk her. Miko tends to disappear and thus invoked the nickname. Tuxedo, the black and white one, is the one that's had multiple nicknames. His most primary one is "Fappy", which is meant to be a joke to play off the fact that we named the other kitty, Miko (got both at the same time). Originally his name was going to be "Kamikaze Tuxedo" based off his fur pattern and because as a kitten, he just aimlessly jumped from high places. Almost suicidally. He's also called "Bacon" for not only being a heavy little guy, but also for being black and white  . This also caused us to briefly call him things like "Cop", "Domino", and "Oreo". (restricted) |

Okay, after finally seeing it, I can agree that many of the feats that Jaa pulls off in the movie are spectacular. Absolutely amazing.

My one beef with it, though... Must they show EVERYTHING he does 3 times over?! I swear if they got rid of all the replays, the movie would be at least 30 minutes shorter. One replay is good and understandable for stunts that are pretty cool, but 3 times on everything? Why?!

The title is meant to be ironic. If you actually read the first post, you will discover that it's actually showing how flawed many ways people justify their bigotry and discrimination is. It's NOT actally against gay marriage. OK?

Most music that I like is another way for me to relax and mellow.

Lately the stuff I've been listening to that's been calming has been Journey, Styx, Johnny Cash, Mariachi music, random drinking bands. I've got a few versions of Danny Boy spiced up by different bands on my current playlist. Other songs that I've got are Korean pop and then of course the Romanian favorite, Dragostea Din Tei. I tend to fall asleep to a lot of heavy metal and so on.
