| I have friends who say they are "skipping" Christmas because they have no money to buy presents. That's when i basically smack myself in the forehead. That is not what this season is about people.
I'll admit, I'm pretty spoiled around Christmas time, I enjoy the presents, but my family gets so wrapped up in the fact that we all got what we wanted and by the end of the day we're all in seperate rooms ignoring eachother. My ideal Christmas? Sitting in front of a warm fireplace appreciating my friends and loved ones. I agree with you Elara this season has gotten way too comercialized. What happen to the days when buying one gift for your kid was acceptable.. Me? I get like 50..  I understand my family is fortunate enough to do so, but c'mon people let's use this Holiday to appreciate what we already have. |

| Sorry, I was strapped for time and only got to breifly browse through what everyone else said. At any rate here is my advice.
You could get married, legally that is at a court house. It's inexpensive and it may fulfill your longing to be married. Then let's say five years down the road yo ucan have a vowel renual and that can be your actual 'wedding.' People are doing this a lot lately for the same reasons, my cousin did it. |

| Well..I'll be spending Christmas Eve with my Mom and ten year old brother. Then Christmas day I'll spend at my grandparent's with my Dad and hopefully get to catch a late church service.
It's amazing, usually during this time of year I'm looking foreward to CHristmas and my Birthday (three days after), but I would skip it all to get to the 29th sooner, because that is goingot be a truly special day. |

| Sorry it's taken me so long ot respond to this Zabuza, and just to let you know, I might be posting this for my benefit..that might not make sense.
I too have wondered about my, "genius dying young," because when I was six I was diagnosed with a form of acute autism, because I did math in color and my numbers had personalities. I'm not autistic and i altered my ways of learning to fit the "normal" learning style. But now, I don't do as well. So..should I have remained unique and a "genius" or normal and just "smart?" I can relate, and my only advice to you is: Be you. Whatever that may be, genius or not be whoever you are. |

| I'm still really unsure about my future, because i can see myself excelling in a lot of areas. Starting next year, I'll be taking a legal and law class, and I'd like to take similar courses in the next two years because I hope to major in the Correction division of criminal justice. My dilemma inlies with whether I continue writing because several of my english teachers said I'm "Writing Scholarship Material." My last and final option would be to get a scholarship to a division 2 college playing NCAA basketball,but I'm too lazy to go that route. | |||

| Well, I slept in this morning. Granted, it's eight o'clock..but hey I usually wake up at four. I have the rest of this week off. It's nice and all, but I didn't get out of school until a week after the usual student.
