| "Well Shuyin was originally modeled after K' from the King of Fighters series. However his appearance continued to change in my mind as I used him more and more. Finally he became the fighter everyone knows and loves today."
*He allows his right leg to fall to the ground soflty while placing his left ankle on the top of it.* "The way Shuyin battles is different than most. In fact some may consider it to be a bit reckless....Instead of setting the pace of the battle, Shuyin usually goes with his opponent's pace. What I mean by that is that he goes along with the pace. If his opponent begins unleashing lethal attacks, then Shuyin will undoubtedly counter with lethal attacks of his own. If his opponent attacks him hand to hand (which is his favorite form of fighting.) he will fight them empty handed as well. I'm sure you're understand where i'm going with this. This isn't how he fights all the time. There are some exceptions where he feels its necessary to set his own pace. His personality remains the same throughout every battle though. But his personality is a whole nother story. As for the way he fights.....Shuyin has always been flame manipulator. A lot of that is due because the character he was intially based off of uses flame in all of his attacks. Shuyin isn't limited to the natural flame of our world. He is able to use different types of fire for different situations. He has three major flames. The Black Flame, The White Flame, and The Celestial Flame. Of course he can use normal fire whenever he pleases. He can also mimic others special flames once observing its properties with his Byakugan. Ah! I forgot to mention his Byakugan. I shamelessly took the 'Byakugan Eye' from the show Naruto. I didn't want to change the name because I feel its wrong to take something and change its name if you don't change anything about it. Shuyin's Byakugan plays a big factor in the way he battles. His other senses are highly attuned, so he won't be in to much trouble if his Byakugan fails him. Shuyin's hand to hand combat is unrivaled. He has never faced an opponent that could match him in his empty hand abilities. This mostly due to the vast amount of attacks he can use in an empty handed situation. When he enters his Hakke Stance he is given several defensive abilities and he can use a slew of techniques that can only be used in that stance. Shuyin is equipped with twin diamond-like prism katana. Shuyin's swords have special elemental properties that allow him to use any element of his choosing. The prismatic swords' colors depend on the element being used. I did this to be fair and to make things fun. I don't like when people make characters that are able to use any element that they please just by creating it out of thin air. If a character is a magic heavy user thats fine. But then they shouldn't have the combat ability of 10th degree blackbelt. There should be a balance." *A chuckle escapes him as he shakes his head.* "Sorry about that. I'm going off on a tangent." *A soft click can be heard as Shuyin makes his entrance. Both of his swords hang loosely at his sides, brushing against his hips with every step that he takes. He removes his sunglasses as he walks towards his anxious opponent, his Byakugan eyes shining in the dimly lit arena. Each iris glows a faint violet hue. The color themselves are quite dull, yet they seem to pierce through the dark atmosphere. A smile spreads across his lips as he notices that his opponent has already begun his attack. An opponent that makes the first move is quite a rarity. The fact that Beowulf had already taken the intiative interested Shuyin greatly.

His eyes fall on the swirling ball of energy in Beowulf's right hand. His Byakugan immediately detects that it is composed of wind and energy. Not the sort of attack he'd expect from this peculiar looking fighter. Shuyin stops walking several feet ahead of Beowulf. One foot slides backward and the other slips forward slightly. His palms stretch out in front hand behind him. Each one swaying hypnotically like a serpent. An enormous Yin Yang etches itself in the arena floor. Not just the small circular arena that they stand on, but it spans the entire area of the arena. The lines radiate a vibrant green energy emphasizing the awe inspiring Yin Yang.* Byakugan- Allows user to see through moves and see everything in 360°. Can also see the inside of a person and how their energy flows. Hakke Stance- Shuyin's signature fighting stance. A giant vibrant green Yin-Yang spreads beneath the fighters. Shuyin keeps his palms out, usually both facing forward. A thin invisible barrier forms around Shuyin. The simple barrier nullifies energy attacks (Such as a kamehameha or something of that nature.) and gives him a slight resistance to physical attacks.

*Disappointment wasn't something Shuyin was expecting. However, it hit him like a brick out of the blue. He had been intrigued by Beowulf's unexpected charging of his Holsety technique. But much to his dismay, Beowulf backed down and did not attack. Not only this, but he had been awfully quick to draw his weapon. Seemed like Shuyin wouldn't be getting the hand to hand combat he had hoped for.... Perhaps he had give his opponent to much credit..... Is it possible that I overestimated him? Shuyin smiles meakly and nods to Beowulf's comments....

His expression changes as he eyes the sword. His Byakugan surveys it up and down, through and through. There was some sort of spiritual entitiy inside the weapon. Shuyin's interest begins to rise once more.* *Shuyin wasn't going to let Beowulf's sword play hinder his fun. Shuyin's once meak smile now reflects a sort of mischeif. A turquoise glow begins emenating off Shuyin's limbs. The soft bluish green hue travels up his arms and stops just at his shoulders. His legs exhibit the same color, from his feet to his waist. Shuyin wastes no time as he moves on to his attack. His feet seem to glide across the ground, closing the distance between them in less time it takes to snap one's fingers. He stops on a dime, transfering the momentum into one incredibly fatal palm heel to Beowulf's chest. Such a palm heel would blast straight through Beo's ribcage, crushing his heart instantly. He retracts his palm and places it horizontally in front of his stomach, his other hand coming up vertically in front of his face. The turquoise color that his limbs radiate immediately switches to a vibrant green.* Hakke Gauntlets- A helpful technique that uses raw energy to cover his limbs. The energy is created from the Hakke Stance and can only be used while in the stance. This energy allows his limbs to repel weapons as if they were weapons themselves. From the sharpest sword to the bluntest bo staff, his limbs can block them all. The energy doesn't add any more power to Shuyin's normal attacks.

Me and Jinx were dating for a couple years, but she was getting serious. She wouldn't stop talking about having kids and if we wanted to adopt a Nidoran. I dumped her and started doing this Hitmonchan on the side. But she got into some serious shit, she couldn't put the Rare Candy's down. So I had to let her go. |
