Haha. Yes. I have already purchased a Dance Maniax 2nd Mix Append J-Paradise. (DMX). I bought it for $1,800 when it is worth $3,000 - $4,500. It's a dancing game similar to DDR, but only you use your hands instead of your feet.

I JUST purchased the ITG machine. It's actually a DDR 3rd Mix (Korean version) that has been upgraded to have ITG and ITG2. So it IS a DDR machine, just upgraded. (woth about $9,000 - $10,000 - purchased for $7,900.) No shipping costs, either. We went and picked it up from Eugene, Oregon, and drove it back down to Medford, Oregon.

Also.... Konami, the makers of DDr are based in Japan. However, Roxor, the mkaers of ITG are based in the Americas (Washington, I believe). If you buy an ITG2 dedicated cabinet, it would be shipped from there, however it is not backwards compatable with DDR. (basically, if you buy an ITG machine, you can't play DDR on it, but if you buy a DDR machine, you can play ITG on it).

Funny you should mention Stepmania, Mrmenz. My fiance and his friend created a hack that allows us to play Stepmania on the DMX machine. Hehe. However, since it is now in a public place, we aren't allowd to do that without concent from all the artists.

Before my pregnancy, I could play anything on DDR and pass all but 4 songs on Extreme (8th mix). Now, I can only barely pass 8 footers. *sad face*

Where are you from, Mrmenz?

Mmm, fun. Yeah, I don't exercise (aside from playing DDR, lol) so I don't know. I guess the best way would be the way you're going. Work on what you need to.

Truth/Serum might be able to help you out if he ever sees this. He started getting in shape for hte Navy while he was still in DEP. He might have soem tips.

Posted on 11-11-05 05:46 PM, in Why gay marriage is wrong. Link
Maybe he was gay before, Vulkar. Some people are afraid to admit it at first. If he was "TOO much into women," that's not an uncommon sign.

That's where the term "coming out of the closet" comes from. You hide it for a while, but then you're tired of not being yourself.

In any case. I don't think anyone has any right to tell someone who they can and cannot get married to. Vulkar. You can't marry someone with the same skin tone as you. Or the same hair color. Why? Because it's too creepy!

I knew a gay couple that were very much in love. They got married. And you should have seen them together. We went to visit, and Tyson was sitting on the floor, talking to us. Kevin came in from the kitchen and leaned over and started massaging Tyson's shoulders while they talked to us. Just something so simple as a shoulder massage showed that their love was a real love. It shouldn't matter WHY homosexuality exists. The point is, it does. Some gays may not be in love when they get married to each other... but then again, neither is the 20 year old slut that's marrying that 90 year old rich bastard. Love doesn't always equal marriage. But for those that are in love - there should be nothing stopping them. I would marry my fiance even if he was female. I love him. We just... fit.

It's not selfish at all. I think that is one of the main reasons people have children.

I am overjoyed to be expecting a child with my fiance.... a creation of him and I... our own baby boy. It's just an amazing concept...

well, the words are a palendrome, but the phrase itself isn't. Nice, though. I was thinking "poop" when I read DS's post, but I figured I better not say anything.

Who didn't see this one coming?!

Pure Nerd
73 % Nerd, 47% Geek, 34% Dork
For The Record:

A Nerd is someone who is passionate about learning/being smart/academia.
A Geek is someone who is passionate about some particular area or subject, often an obscure or difficult one.
A Dork is someone who has difficulty with common social expectations/interactions.
You scored better than half in Nerd, earning you the title of: Pure Nerd.

The times, they are a-changing. It used to be that being exceptionally smart led to being unpopular, which would ultimately lead to picking up all of the traits and tendences associated with the "dork." No-longer. Being smart isn't as socially crippling as it once was, and even more so as you get older: eventually being a Pure Nerd will likely be replaced with the following label: Purely Successful.

Congratulations!

ouchies, I hate wearing jeans without underwear. It rubs me raw, no matter how tight or loose they are.

I'll go without while wearing other things all the time though (sweats, spandex, etc).

Lol, yup. How many nights a week do you work?

I worked 4 nights a week (10 hour shifts) and that was bad enough.

Heh. Don't you love it when your man spoiles you? I got a foot massage when I got off work tonight, too.

lmao, thanks hun. It's amazing... I feel him move every day. Even when he stepps on my bladder and makes me need to go to the bathroom, it's a very touching and amazing feeling.

Geoff, you can come if you pay your own way... we'll bring the kid, and you can be the babysitter while we're in Europe. That way I can see my baby every day (if I want to, lol.). Heh That'd be cool.

Heh.

Yeah... I know what you mean, Cyro. One thing people suggested to me since I have to stand all day (especially since i"m pregnant) is gel inserts. My fiance said they are really comfy and helped him a lot at one of his previous jobs. (it's be a nice gift for her, maybe... *nudge*)
