| I REALLY should be studying for my biology quiz right now. I'm even at school for fuck's sake and my class isn't until 5:30 this evening.
Curse my procrastination and lack of an attention span for schoolwork and such outside of school. 
I think I take my LiveJournal community much more seriously. |

| So there's a ridiculous amount of speculation going around over the Large Hadron Collider--that it'll create these black holes and destroy the Earth.

I wear a lot of shirts that have shrunk and some that I've technically "grown out of," but I wear them over tank tops so I'm still covered-up)--I really can't stand overweight chicks who wear tiny shirts and have their gut hanging out there or the material of the shirt leaves little to the imagination. It makes the rest of us fat peeps look really bad. 
When people are talking loudly in a place that's meant to be quiet (and you're studying or doing homework that needs to be done NOW), do you try to shush them, try to ignore them, or leave? |

| Weird. I thought I'd posted a response to this last night. Oh well.
Here's what I remember typing out. Or at least the gist of it: Memorializing is one thing. Having a big drunken party ala Cinco de Mayo, St. Patrick's Day, etc, is another entirely. Especially when you theme it after something that hit the country in a rather emotionally-tolling way. |

| It's really ironic being in this timezone when it get switched on.
Multiple papers in various places of the world have reported what time in their part of the world it's going to happen, and comparing it to my timezone (Pacific standard time), looks like it's midnight for us. Oh joy... midnight. The end of the world. Who watches the... 5 Minutes to... Maybe I won't bother studying for my history exam tomorrow.

| Actually as some articles have been putting it, the machine is still "warming up" and it'll be at least 2 weeks until they finally try to pull off the Big Bang simulation. Right now they're just doing test runs with smaller amounts of protons.
So the end of the world has been postponed.

A cowboy by the name of Curly Bill comes into town on Tuesday, hits up the local saloon, has a few drinks with the burlesque girls at a cost of 6 bits, and purchases a bottle of whiskey for $1. Curly Bill then spends the rest of his pay of $5 and 5 bits at the cat house. Eventually he's thrown out by the madame, and in a drunken rage, shoots up her windows (at about $10 and 4 bits to repair) and lands himself in the town pokey 'til he's sober. | Where did he come up with October 21st, though? Or 50 weeks?
December 21, 2012 is "supposedly" when the Mayan calendar ends and a lot of doomsayers claim to be the end of the world due to: 1) Earth's poles reversing 2) A comet will hit us and wipe out all life 3) An alien planet will come close to our planet and ruin the Earth's tides, drowning all major coastal cities and then some 4) It'll just end. It sounds like--and I'm sorry if I'm reading too far into this and you were meaning to be sarcastic--he read up on prior apocalyptic predictions and tried to validate this one. | I've had a few stalkers and a couple groupies (unfortunately the groupies were mostly in high school), but I can't say that I've found pictures of myself with reviews attached online.
I have however found random sites that when I Googled my name were keeping track of various occupations I was listed as whenever my name appeared online. Along with pictures I've taken that I posted on Flickr making the rounds on different sites. I suppose the only thing that would even come close though was when the WGA were striking and I had "Writers are our HEROES" on a sign that I carried around at a picket last December. Not only did pictures of my sign get around, but people started quoting it in various forums and blogs and adding, "so sayeth Merry Rogue" to it. Weird. No "I don't know"s on this one, seriously. | YES. Mostly whenever people rub my head or lightly touch my back. I LOVE the feel of fingers going through my hair and rubbing my scalp. Often it makes me fall asleep with how soothing it can be.
