I have a few to show off. This first one is what I have now.
This is my furturistic desktop complete with a fitting AIM skin for the theme 
And the next three are my Sphere XP desktops that showed other boards long ago.

| I can sometimes get really bad. I'm pretty sure I have seasonal allergies, during the few week into Spring. I used to get them once ever other year, then once every year. This year I haven't gotten any. I happy for that. Here how it goes with me, and especially when I'm in dry, woody areas: I get what I've aptly named "hyper sneezing" I will literally sneeze once every couple seconds for a long time, usually 2 to 3 minutes straight with some short breaks in between. Afterward I'll stop for a random amount of time, usually about about 5 to 10 minutes before it happens again, but I can go for much longer also. This process occurs several time throughout the day, and sit and wonder how in the world can I have so much phlem in my body that there is always some that comes out when I blow my nose each time.
That routine goes on for days and days until just a little after about 2 weeks the allergies and sneezing suddenly stop, and I never have them again for the rest of the year. I'm grateful for the abrupt cut off, but I very much dislike the sneezing. And now that I think about it, it's almost as if that one dense, two week torture is crammed with all the little, short sneezing seesions that I'd have for the entire season. |

| Here's one of my favorites that I read from a shirt. It's one that sort of applies to me. I forgot exactly what the first part read.
"Kids aren't influenced by video games. If Pacman influenced kids then we'd be running around darkened rooms munching on magic pills and listening to repetitive electronic music." I wanted to buy that shirt, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. If you didn't already pick up on it, the message is talking about raves. I like raves. |

Way cool there, Sajin. What luck, being at the right place at just the right time. I bet you feel pretty excited. Let us know when it airs. I've had my short fame too. I have a big picture taken from several years ago when going off a diving board in the Winona, MN newspaper. I was doing a spinning flip and it was taken whil I was upside down. I still have it to this day. Another time was when some friends and I were at a WWF match. We made a bunch of signs just like everybody there, but for some reason the camera focused in on us about 3 or 4 times. I was waving my sign back and forth. When we watched the recorded tape we were pretty excited about it. The latest time was at the Minnesota state fair, where we did one of those "camera audience" things while somebody was being interviewed for the news. I never did see that one.
But congratulations. I hope it's everything you expect it to be. |

I had planned to start a caption contest.

He slowly pulled me closer to his body and I shiver with delight as we finally touch each other. Our heads are drawn ever so closer, like two very attracting magnets pulling, tugging to become one. Our lips are only inches apart. I feel the overwhelming urge to just go all out right where I stand. I look deep into his big, brown eyes through the thick crystal glasses. His arab headwear gently flaps on his shoulder as a gentle breeze pierces through the romantic air. | The young fighter seemed to make no change of pace, but instead redirects his punch to block the incoming dirt from your spell. His fist let out a big chi ball which dispersed it with a small blast and left clumps to hit his body. The fighter stopped in his tracks afterward and halted all movement. He looked at the Supreme Trainer who made a short nod, indicating he was satisfied with the result. After bowing to you he turned around and moved himself off to the side. He smiles at you with hidden knowledge of something you do not yet know about.
"Good job, Vulkar. You've done just as I asked. Hopfully you will see that creating lengthy actions will make fights a bit more enjoyable, for both your self and your opponent. The young man here specializes in chi techniques. He had planned to hit you with that energy burst from his palm, but instead chose to use it to deflect the result of your magic attack. That just goes to show that actions made for attacks can also be effective shields. Now then, this concludes the lesson, and essentially, your training. You have successfully learned all knowledge I've given to you. However, remembering and putting it to use will be up to you. There are also other things to learn during your journey, but I have left those for you to find yourself. Congratulations." Supreme Trainer calls forth several people to gather around and tells you to step forward. He pulls out his shining sword from its golden sheath and raises it up. The sunlight made it shimmer and it almost seemed to let off a glow of its own. He brings it down and gently rests it on top of your head as he begins to announce something. "I hereby decree that this young man, Vulkar, has been given my blessing as a warrior, as well as the spirits that dwell within thy sword! Let all know that he has the knowledge from my teachings and will be protected and guided by them during his time as a warrior. His journey may be long and difficult, but he will overcome any obstacles." The Supreme Trainer sheaths his sword and places his hands upon your shoulders. Everyone applauds as they stare at a new champion standing before them. "A joyous moment this is, Vulkar. Indeed it is. As a reward, I will give you something very special." The Supreme Trainer reaches inside his shirt behind his chest plating and pulls out an unsual looking tan rock with an engraving on it. He holds it out to you so you can get a good look. "This rock is not what it seems. Though it looks ordinary enough, it something very rare and special. It is called a "God Mod" stone. Do you know what one is, Vulkar? Yes No So, do you understand? Excellent. I pray you use it only when you have to. You are about to set out on journey different from everybody else's. It would seem to be like a quest, but it is not. I do not know the nature of this feeling, but you should know about it. Take caution and look out for yourself. Things and events may not be what they seem. Now, go. Begin your new lifestyle and become a grand person. Your true life has just begun.... *Challenge Complete* You graduated from your training! Announcements: You completed your character training! You've recieved a God Mod Stone! Your current life points have increased by 30! Challenges 3, 4, and 5 are now available! Please choose a challenge... "Good," said the Supreme Trainer. "You seem to know to use that power well. Now then, we shall move on to the next lesson, a simple, but very strong skill that is uniqe to this realm. It's called a 'Smash Hit'. A Smash Hit is a very strong physical blow to your opponent. All you need to do is focus your strength to your weapon and strike. The blow will send your target flying back with a great amount of damage inflicted, and even has the possibility of sending the opponent out of the area. The Smash Hit, although powerful, is control by a randomizor, something that exists in another realm. This means that on a scale of 1 to 100% strenght, the higher the strength percent is the more power and damage it will produce. In order for a Smash Hit to connect, it must have a strength of 25% or greater. Any less than that and you will miss. However, should you achieve a hit with 95% or higher then your opponent will most likely be knocked out of the area, imitating and "instant kill". One special thing to note is that with good aim and strategy, you can can knock a foe into other enemies and cause indirect damage. Do this with 95% or greater strength and may also knock those opponts out of the area as well. A versatile attack the Smash Hit is. All you have to do is perform the attack and let the randomizor decide the fate of it. Now that you know how to do a Smash Hit, I want you to do it to me. If you miss then you will do it over again." 'Know thy self, and you shall conquer all.' Remember this well. Now, I shall give you your final lesson. You've learned about many things since you arrived, so now I shall put some of your knowledge to the test. In battle, you may be faced with an opponent with your same strength or power. Overcoming such an adversary may be difficult and require a lot of strategy. However, if you continue fighting the same way there may be a good chance that you can outlast him, lengthening your attacks, so to speak. Doing this is a great way to intimidate many less experienced fighters, possibly defeating them without lifting a finger. This is what I want you to do, Xeios. Show me that you can perfrom a lengthy action and you will have completed this lesson. Your goal for this is to make no less than 8 'sentences' during an action or attack."
The Supreme Trainer motions and calls over another student to stand before you. "This young person will be your test opponent. He is going to attack you. Do what you must during this lesson, but do not kill him. You must also leave him conscious. You are to use what you have learned. You can use spell charging, the Smash Hit, strategy, basic fighting or all of them combined. You choose what to do. Do you understand? Good. Now then, begin the fight. And remember, at least 8 'sentences'" The student looks at you and prepares his attack with a fighting stance. A brown hair young man with a fairly muscular build. He seems to be training in the martail arts judging from the lack of weapons in his hand. | Seems like you put in quite a lot of effort making costumes. It's good to hear that you've got a job making/designing them for the shops. I don't doubt you'll be doing more for them in the future. Will you be entering in contests? |
