Well, I missed the movie, but I saw a guy wax off an entire belt on Superman with a Gattling gun and then shot him in the eye at near point-blank range... To no effect.

Neo, However is fast as hell, and probably punchs as many pounds per square inch as Superman. Not a walking brick wall like Superman, but you don't have to be resilent when you can dodge nearly every attack.

And Like Star FX said, Neo can always code in some kryptonite...
