I made my step dad watch it on the Sundance channel when it was on. His responses were quite entertaining, to say the least.

And that's exactly what I was implying. There are to many friendships/bonds that have grown to the point where many judgments will undoubtedly have bias opinions. It works the other way around to. If someone carries a grudge against another member, then their judgment will be just as biased.I don't think there's a possible way to bypass that.

Then again.....how often are we going to need judges? Most battles have a clear winner....or aren't finished.

I don't believe they ever discuss what it's made out of, but it's certaintly not metal.

His name is Jin and I believe he held the longest streak on Freestyle Friday on BET.

He was then signed by the Ruff Ryders Label (which was on its last breathe). He didn't get much success because: 1- He was asian. (Which is a terrible reason, but its supposedly true.) 2- He's very good at freestlying but not very good as concocting rhymes on paper. 3- He didn't get much publicity/air time. 4- He gave up.

It's kind of sad actually.

(I didn't even see Kaijin and Beo's posts until now. )

Like I said before, i'm no saint, I'll use attacks like that too. But I like to play at my opponent's level, just to make it more fun. If they use harsher moves, I'll use harsher moves. (But if i'm in a tournament, I'm not very nice.)

And about the corny lines thing: When I battle as Shuyin, I stay as far away from corny dialogue as I possibly can. Although they can be humorous, they just make the battle cheesy.

Dopplehangers and Teleportation are not allowed because they're easily abused. If someone spends alot of time describing an attack and/or constructing a trap that their opponent was foolish enough to fall into, its not fair to them if the opponent can get out it by simply"Teleporting away" or saying "omfg lyk u didnt hit me. u hit a clone!11"

That last one got really bad on another board when the Naruto craze first blew up.

Well the game is arguably the best Gamecube game out there.

It wasn't so bad when you used them. It became your signature fighting style. However, people started taking the way you battled and adapted it to their own. Perhaps this is the result that was produced?
