| Been looking around on the interbutt for some good PC parts. Ive already ordered some of the PC parts, but here is my lineup

| Good plan, but I think you should drop the second video card for a 10k rpm HDD and maybe a 750gb drive instead of the 250gb. Thats just me. I'd go for the fast boot and huge space and then go after a second card when I can afford to get another one.
I built a mid tower computer (no keyboard/mouse/speakers/monitor/etc) for 375 after shipping with no rebates a week ago. It had mid grade everything and could definately play things like FarCry, Doom3, Quake4, WoW, etc. Idk if it would run F.E.A.R. very well, but probably at mid to low settings. It was also very expandable with room for more RAM, a better video card, more HDDs. I don't see the point in multiple optical drives. One is plenty. All you need to do is rip stuff. I have a Terrabyte of hard space that holds my DVDs and CDs and game ISOs so I don't use my DVD drive very often. ^^ |

| About that HD, on my current computer, I have 2 20 GB hard drives and I only have like 8 games in them along with 2 Gigs of music...I think it'll be fine If I stuck with the 250GB.
Edit- and its only taken up like 45% of the maximum room
Plus the higher update you said Alexander would cost me an extra some-odd dollars. But hey, It comes with Windows Vista, and I was willing to check that out for the longest time now. (Last edited by Nagis on 02-08-07 09:30 PM) |

| I don't know, I kind of agree with Alexandor, the second vid card is a bit of a waste, I have an x1950 on mine, and runs everything like a dream, I've yet to hit a game I can't run on max settings, but I would disagree on the single optical drive, I prefer 2 myself, I've got the dvd burner and a cd rewritable, as for the harddrive, as soon as you get the space, you'll use it, specially if you've got net, so you don't think you'll need it, I would probably upgrade, atleat to 500, if not 750 | |||

| 2nd GC prerenders each side of the screen.
Takes less to operate on Processors. So its not a waste.
Oh yeah, It comes in Friday. Not Tuesday...of last week. XD |
