Someone somewhere got pissed off that the subject of discussion finally lost it's flare, so the drama queen, deciding life wasn't exciting enough, began to connect coincedences that hold no relavence to the said subject, just to cause mayham, chaos, and distrust toward the system that is acctually supporting our sorry asses from birth to the grave.

Sure, there may be that one rare case when someone spout out bullshit that was acctually right, but that's a rare moment.

There is no cover up for "Who really killed JFK" no, the government wasn't behind 911, the war on terror is real, and so forth.

I'm posting this now as my own voice, because I'm sick of hearing all this bullshit EVERYWHER I go.

For example, anyone who took their sorry time to sit down and think about it, can pull out completely usless evidence to support a theroy a massive dramaqueen DREMT UP just for the hell of it.

For a real good example, look at Vulcan's "Coincedances" thread, where a bunch of stuff equals elevan.

Okay....that is a very close minded approach to this matter. Yes, a lot of the conspiracies may be, not quite the truth. But it is not some 'dramaqueen'. These people actually believe these things. As for Vulkar's coincidences thread, the thread was called that because, that's what they are. He was just saying "Hey, this is interesting." And about 9/11, I've never heard anyone say that the government is 'behind' it, but I sure as hell believe that they knew about it. But I won't get into that here.

"Someone somewhere got pissed off that the subject of discussion finally lost it's flare, so the drama queen, deciding life wasn't exciting enough, began to connect coincedences that hold no relavence to the said subject, just to cause mayham, chaos, and distrust toward the system that is acctually supporting our sorry asses from birth to the grave."

So what you're saying here, is that there is no corruption, no lies, nothing wrong with the world? That when someone suspects the government of something, they are just doing it for shits and giggles? And how can someone dream up evidence? If it's dreamt, then it sure as hell isn't real, therefore, it is not evidence...

All in all, I find this train of thought that you are taking is very close minded, and, to put it simply, quite stupid.

There is nothign stupid about the train of though I just stated.

While there IS corruption, lies and soforth, our government would not kill thousands of our own people just for some sick idealistic ideals. Believing that they do is the real closed minded idiots out there who can't even look at their own shadow without jumping.

No, I didn't say every single person who fully believes it is a dramaqueen.
While most of them ARE Drama queens. Trust me, they thrive off the drama.

No, the real culprits are retards who ARE Drama Queens, and because the know how stupid people are, they figure out a bunch of coincidences, and hand it out to the public in such a way, the extremists eat it up, and further look into evidances, thus also sendin out the word further.

It's just one massive downward spiral from one little bastard who hates a quiet life.

Know what's not a conspiracy, Kaijin? Grammar. The conspiracism that you mention is a vent, people want to believe in that sort of thing, who are you to stop that? People want to think that "the government" is behind everything, it provides closure, it's what you want to believe in the back of your mind. No one wants to think that by their actions, such a event happened. Alas, I believe one such conspiracy is the idea of "the government," such a shame "the government" doesn't exist, then things would be simpler.

And people are saying I'm the closed minded one.

The topic is really over the idea in general over consperiacies. I don't believe them, other people do. Find yoru own way to discuss it.

For there to be a debate, there must in fact be a grounds of debate. Unless you're just making a rant thread, which is unsuitable for this forum. What about conspiracism? Good, existant, fishy? It's hard to debate something when someone just throws out a word. "There is nothign stupid about the train of though I just stated." Sorry, but there's lots of stupidity, such as the lack of a topic, grammar, et al.
All of that being said and done, I present my resolution: People take on conspiracism as a way to cope with reality.

Chev, I thought this was xeo's forums, and stop spamming. I'm just saying, if you make a logical argument and it's coherent, now there's a debate.
Even Xeo said that:

Everyone, it is time to make the board a cleaner place! READ
This issue has plagued XG for a long enough time, long enough that I have decided to point it out (not like a lot of us haven't seen it already).

Q: What is this issue? What are you talking about?

I'm talking about XG's product here, post quality. The quality in posts has seem to become somewhat of a slump lately, but I've always seen it for nearly the last year or so. Sometimes not as often as some days, maybe just here or there, but enough for me to say "We have work to do".

I have not brought this up to the staff, nobody. Maybe this is a personal request from myself, maybe it isn't. Either way, posting better makes:
A) The Board look better and cleaner.
B) You look more respectable and intelligent.

I would love for everyone from here on out to put a far greater amount of effort into posting. This includes proper grammar, spelling, and even simple puncuation.

1. hey my name is xeo and thsii is my board its cool...lol
2. Hey, my name is Xeo and this is my board. Its cool.

What looks better? Let's hope you're looking at the second example there.

I mean if it seriously means busting out Microsoft Word, then so be it. Again, making better posts makes yourself look better.

Also, expect myself and possibly others to start getting a little harder on the one liners. I myself suffer from pushing these out at times, but like the title of this announcement says, its -everyone- here. This is going to be a long process, and everyone of us needs to help out.

2nd Issue ------
I have only seen this one recently, posts like (assume these are the entire post)
1. okay but thats not what I meant ...
2. I meant the first movie but okay...
3. No that's not him...
4. Okay, sorry I didn't mean that.
5. 3rd one was the best.
6. Okay, I'll try to remember that next time.

Basically, these are some examples of short posts, and a lot of the time they're users posting back ... what seems to be little answers to whomever they may speaking to. You do not need to post something so simple like that, it just really bugs me when people do this. If staff is possibly pointing out a flaw, I don't want to see people just post "Okay, I'll do that next time" unless its a large post and has more of a discussion than the user saying "Sorry, I'll do better next time". There really isn't a point to posts like that. Just take into consideration whatever someone may be pointing out, and keep it to yourself.

AND A BIG ONE

Do not, I repeat, unless you have some good justification say "Okay, this can be closed now" ... especially if you say -just that- ... its extremely annoying and pretty much worthless. This happens a lot in the Help forum. Yes, if someone answers a question, you can come in and thank them, but make sure your post is a little more than that, and just realize that a thread does not need to be closed because something was solved. In my belief, threads only need to be closed if they're pointless, and basically trash and or are just some kind of special thread like a tournament or whatever.

3rd Issue -----
Puncuation. Okay, this isn't school. You're not typing up a paper here, but just please try your best with corrected spelling, and puncuation. Again, like I've said a dozen times by now it makes you look better and the board cleaner. I'm not going to get angry if you don't do this all the time, but I do promote this idea. Also, if you type correctly on the board, I'm sure that would increase your typing speed for papers, and just overall being a fast typer on the keyboard while being able to use it correctly at the same time.

I also want to see you, instead of u. This is not AIM.

Speaking of AIM, I myself throw out an occasional "lol, lmao, rofl" or whatever like that maybe at the end of my posts, but don't go overboard, and only use it when it would maybe get a picture across, and actually have a meaning. I really don't want to see any of these used except for the "haha's" type.

In final, I'd really like to see more thought out and intelligent 'looking' posts from here on out. From everyone. It makes us all look better. So maybe I should say, treat XG like you would a school paper? If you do, it'll probably just help you out even more in the end.

Keep it up and you're getting a tempban from this forum. I will not tolerate any bullshit here.

Edit: I'm closing this topic. Kaijin, feel free to repost.

Okay, as long as this is open, I'll get a couple words in.

Generally, I don't believe in them. I simply posted a lot of interesting things I saw in 9/11 that I got in an e-mail. I also don't believe in the illuminati or freemasons being evil and planning the conquer the world. In general, I don't think there is a huge backing to every story.

In fact, the only thing even slightly related to such a thing is with that of aliens. Many people that used to be in the CIA have spoken about how the goverment had found aliens, and then hid the evidence of them. I wouldn't be suprised if the goverment wants to hide that there are aliens, and I probably would have too.

So, as a result, I only believe in minor ones which make sense, and don't have huge conspiracies to destroy the world or something like that.

But the magic bullet?

Anyway, I don't really believe too much in coincidences myself, and any fact can be easily altered in some way so that it fits a 'coincidence.'

That's my opinion at least.

The Illuminati and the Freemasons were, and, in the case of the masons, still are,
influential and powerful groups in the world. The Illuminati are most likely a defunct
organization but that doesn't mean they didn't at one time exist.

I understand that your points wasn't trying to say they never existed, just that
they most likely were not conspiring to rule the planet.

On a side note, anyone ever seen that Mel Gibson movie Conspiracy Theory?

Good movie, everyone that hasn't seen it should check it out.

The point of a good conspiracy is that there's no way to prove it, if you can prove
the existence of a conspiracy then that means that they fucked up somewhere
along the way. I like conspiracys in a 'what if' kinda way. But not taking them too seriously.

That is because fear is the root of all emotions (psychological theory). Seriously though, like the South Park episode said, if people want to believe in conspiracy theories, let them. It doesn't harm the people that don't believe in them, so what is the big deal?

there have been government conspiracies that have been uncovered...hell, warren g harding became president so he could play government held oil against the stock market for profit and tried to cover it up!

people are by nature greedy and when they indulge that greed, generally they attempt to keep others from knowing about it and butting in. so some theories are entirely plausible....others are dumb.

more importantly that was a dumb episode of south park
