| Im voting for the Wii. First of all, i dont play video games enough to justify paying 700 dollars for a console. Second of all, the intuative gameplay means my mom will be able to play. I know that sounds lame, but if she plays the games, she'll also buy the games. She bought a ps2 and guitar hero, so she could play it (even though she sucks at it) and she'll prolly buy guitar hero 2.
(also, the solo in back in black would be awesome on guitar hero) |

PS3 hands down. It seems better to start off with, cause of the launche titles. Mainly MGS4 
That and ive loved my PSX and PS2 I still play my PS2 it still makes solid games I like, I havent picked my Game cube up since I beat RE4 a while back 
And the Xbox 360 isnt worth buying now, since its considered xbox version 1.5. its not fully next gen. So the PS3 appeals to me to start off with, and keep playing till the next next gen PS XD |

| For me the order would be:
1 - Wii 2 - PS3 3 - X-Box 360 Don't get me wrong here, I love my X-Box, I love it so much that I want to have it's children. But, X-Box 360. Eh. Not so much. It doesn't have a very strong line-up, there are still bugs, and it's not even really next gen. PS3 seem to have the most solid line-up when it comes to launch titles and planned titles, and looks a whole lot better than the X-Box 360 and the Wii. So goddamned expensive though. I would love to get an PS3 before the other two systems, but, I'm not made of money. In this area, the Wii is my savior. It's dirt cheap. (for a next gen console at least) And that Wii controller is just so fucking awesome. Oh, and I think that teh Gamecube was better than the PS2. |

| I second Thexare for smacking you. The Gamecube kicked so much ass. I loved it and the PS2 equally.
You want good games only the gamecube had? ALRIGHT. LEGEND OF ZELDA: WIND WAKER FIRE EMBLEM 9 ANIMAL CROSSING SUPER SMASH BROTHERS MELEE TALES OF SYMPTHONIA METROID PRIME FINAL FANTASY: CRYSTAL CHRONICLES MARIO KART: DOUBLE DASH! The list goes on. That being said, I'm getting the Wii for 3 reasons: 1. It's not as fucking expensive as the PS3. 2. The controller idea is amazing. 3. The controller for the PS3 looks like a boomerang. I loved the PS2 controller, but this looks painful to hold. |

also, that video, while making some good points, was very biased, just because they say its going to look good, then show something that doesn't, doesn't mean all games are going to be like that. that said, ps3 is still going to suck ps does the playstasion 3 font look alot like the kind they use in the spiderman movies? |

| None of the above, the costs are way too astronomical for a bill paying man like me, even if the Wii (doesn't it have a new name?) is the cheaper of the 3. Besides I still have plenty to play on PSX and PS 2 so I won't need to make the next gen leap this soon.
But when I do it'll be PS 3 for me, I owe Bill Gates nothing (I run his XP on this PC already  ), and Nintendo I still like only in the portable market.
