Something im working on at the moment...Im writing this just for fun and im going to post more if you comment on them....Hope you enjoy part one...
Part one “Major, time has depleted our resources…If this persists; we will not have enough food left to feed our soldiers!” I was alone on the embarked carriage…People around me we beginning to moan in fatigue and hunger. The hot, blazing sun veered down at us as if angry, and cooked our skin to a crisp brown. It didn’t help much due to the humidity, the desert plains hold no water for us to drink, and no vegetarian for us to eat, only drought and depression. One man slit opened his arm and began to drink his own blood. It dripped down into his open-gasping mouth to expect replenishment, but only to cross into a feeling of disaccomplishment. Everyone around him looked and began to get desperate. First a few people mimicked the daring man until everyone did…Expect me. I was on the corner of the splinted, wooden carriage. Looking about for something of interest and a means of survival. I sat there with my skinned legs propped upwards, and my knees against my scratching chin. My clothes were dried and burned against this sun…but by any means necessary I press on in this world looking for a purpose…and I thought working for the military was a great start, but so far I am only finding that adventure comes with the spiritual emptiness of physical pain. A man buside me what looked at the age of fourty, but spiritually was aged at twenty, looked over at me with his bristled-white chin and laughed. “You know, this heat was nothing compared to the country of America…” he started, “Most of the deserts there give people a reason to live in easier environment…Cowards, America is used to technology to live…” I agreed I was born and raised by nothing created on what the American’s called “Steel” I thought if you can get over the challenges of life on what mother nature throws at you, you can get used to it. People with minor headaches in America tend to take medication to help relieve the pain, but most people don’t actually let their body fight for them, which leads to a weak immune system… “Captain, our soldiers are dwindled down to the point to where even their spirits are calling to the planet…” A crewman stated. Our captain was one of the imperial guards of Egypt, and was well known to fight along side many wars in the twenty-third century. The way he would train was to inject countless bits of parasites into his body so he can remain immune to the poison the American’s threw at us (Damned cowards). He was a bold man and a masculine statement to the republic of Egypt, and a basic figurehead of our country’s meaning. He turned around and sighed, “Alright men, in one hour we head to the city of Hedeskha, there food and water shall replenish our souls and prepare you for the fight ahead of us…Damned Americans wish to take the Princess Tamika, our beloved figure and political meaning…Without her, our country’s economy will be diminished, and our people will die…” "The princess…My love…" (Last edited by Master Sajin on 04-13-06 02:10 PM) |
