| First match! Oh em gee! Alright, the debut of the tournament starts with a battle over winning your love between Raiden, and Pac-Man!
Raiden, God of Thunder. He is an old protector of Earthrealm. He fought the rogue Elder God Shinnok, who wished to rule it, in a battle that threatened Earthrealm itself. Raiden managed to stop Shinnok, and trap him in the Netherworld. A long time after, Shang Tsung invited him to the Mortal Kombat tournamet, where he met faces such as Liu Kang and Johhny Kage. With Raidens mentoring, Liu Kang eventually defeated Goro, the reigning champ, and later Shang Tsung. Raiden has for long defended Earthrealm from threat. There is also Pac-Man, who made his debut many years ago, and has become a known figure all over. Pac-Man, who eats fruits and and turns tables on Ghosts has invaded arcades everywhere. The little yellow ball has come out with more games, and is one of the icons most generally associated with videogames (old ones, anyway). So you choose your favorite! Right...now! Cairoi, enjoy your battles.

| Okay. Pac-man would win for the sole reason he could eat a larger orb and turn Raiden into a chewable weakling. Then, Pac-man would enghulf him, morph him into a part of his being, then go have a dinner date with the Mrs.'. If you played Mortal Kombat, Raiden wasn't very electricity happy unless he was certain of victory.
HYPOTHETICAL BATTLE: The metal maze twirled about in Raiden's eyes, seeming to blend into each other. The monotone blue walls burned into his retinas, fear growing with each step. He was a god, but nay, he could die. And soon it would be. He heard a rumbling from far down the dungeon, a repetative sound drilling closer into his ears. He felt the need to run, but he could not trace the origin of the sound, and knew his enemy could be advancing from either side. Suddenly, a large yellow orb bashed against the left wall nearest Raiden and growled a ferious battlecry. Raiden knew in his heart it was over. He frantically attempted to kick the giant yellow orb, trying to end it's terrible reign over his wits. His fist sucked into the yellow orb like foam, only to throw itself back out at him. And then, the terrible cavern known as Pac-man's mouth opened itself and brought Raiden into the darkness. It had been decided. |

| Edit: OH THAT Raiden......
My bad... Ok, good thing I chose him....Raiden would just screw him up from afar...Not only can he shoot lightning bolts out of his hand and screw him up from a distance, but he has those mad combos form the 3rd series that can screw him up...
