That's tough to say.

I mean, did he really steal forks, or not? How could we know?

Regardless, that's randomly awesome.

so yeah... i found this place O.o;
if he's stealing the plastic forks, it's alright cause they're free... but if it's the metal ones, i'm sure that's illegal, but no one cares anyways -.-'

My mother stole four or five of those little miniature bowl things a while back. We use them for chip dips now.

I think that allowing punishment to become that unusual on a judge's whim is dangerous to do, even if he does deserve that (come on, forks? Shit, at least steal something useful.) Justice should not be arbitrary, and that should apply to punishments too.

On another note, this could actually turn into a serious discussion. As we all know, that is completely unacceptable for Xeoland, so...

He should've stabbed someone with the forks.

I suppose one could argue that it is, but the liklihood of him being punished or it is extremely low unless he's caught red-handed (in the act, for all you guys who might confuse that for something perverted. Hey, I know you're smart, but this is Xeoland after all. ^_~).

Heh, I knew this was probially the most difficult question of them all. I mean, when you look at this picture, you just cant help but say…”wtf?” because its just something random and possibly illegial, who knows? But one absolue thing may be certain about this picture…

I have no fucking idea…

First, define "illegial".

Then, if you were talking about illegal, then no. Expression of free speech, and if one chose to pilfer forks from a restaurant, so be it.

If it were my restaurant, I'd stop using forks.

I felt like bumping this for the sole purpose of explaining the picture:

That is an image from Larry David (creator of Seinfeld)'s HBO show, Curb Your Enthusiasm. In that episode, he takes his wife to dinner, and rents a limousine to get there. He feels guilty about making the limo driver wait while they have dinner, so he gives the limo driver some left overs. So the driver complains about not having a fork, so he went back in to borrow one... And then that's what happens at the end of the episode. (It's very summarized, and my memory of the episode isn't perfect...but it's something along those lines)

HOW DARE YOU BRING THAT KIND OF SERIOUSNESS INTO HERE!!!!!!

I'd have stabbed the limo drivers eye out with the fork for complaining anyway.
