| Since titles are becoming increasingly popular.........we of the sim battle divisions have decided to put people in divisions so that the title fights would be fair. You wouldnt want to see kaijin defending the middleweight title would you? Thought not, I am currently coming up with rules and the divisions as we speak, stay tuned, same benja time, same benja channel | |||

| Just to keep things fair, I am personally overseeing the rules and regulations that are being made.
As it stands for now ,there will be Four Divisions. Light, Middle, Heavy, and a fourth that will be made in a short week or so. The current defenders of these belts will automatically be placed in specific divisions. (Benja - Light, Xeios - Middle, Drizzt - heavy) Desroth, since there was a problem inbetween the title transfers, we'll be placing you, by default, in the special Fourth division, which is where all the most powerful of Sim Characters are place. But this is only untill you are defeated. After which, your place will then be decided for a division. A person placed in a division may not attack another belt defender's division. (if that made sense. Basically, a heavyweight division maynot go for a lightweight belt title.) Rules are being made as we speak. Stay tuned. |

| I wasn't here for any of the last title fights, but I'm guessing that you just had people sign up for heavy weight, middle weight, etc. etc. The only thing I can see wrong with that is too many people signing up for heavy weight.
If your talking about actually giving a rank to someone I dont think that would be a great idea. I'm not really sure what your talking about though, since your Benja and no one gets half the things you say. |

| the Tag Team belt is uneffected by this change. That belt will continue as it is.
Divisions will be assigned according to a person's type of fighting style. Nothing really difficult to think about, lol. Bah, must leave now (at school) I'll get back to this soon. |

| Elara, you're seen as a heavyweight, as it stands now.
Currently, I'm thinking of how we'll set up the divisions. I'm caught right now between a Sign Up, ow here you want your character to be first off, or a battle test to see where you stand with your character. because right now, I have multiple characters, all in diffrent class divisions. So... meh. It could be even more confusing with class specified, but I really don't care to get into that right now. I'd prefer to keep it simple. Four divisions. |

| I'd reccomend a test. Realistically, most people really proably won't care about which division they're in, as long as it only affected belt challenges. So, perhaps you could make it so that if someone wants to battle for a belt, they have to go through a belt battle to qualify.

Alex... I'm not sure, I'll have to double check. The more I think of it, the more I like the Battle Test idea. To see who belongs where. Maybe I'll put the trainers to that. Do I need to make a test fight? I've already fought Cyro, Sparda, and Leon out of the listed trainers. I may have fought Benja too. If I do thats fine too, since I actually haven't battled in a while.(Last edited by Hiei II on 11-09-05 10:33 PM) |

| Nobody is forced to take the divison test. The test is only for thoes who are intrested in the whole Belt Title deal.
Most people won't have to make a test, since their past battles are enough to make a choice of it. But if need be, I'll ask for a test to appear. |

| I'll go ahead and set this up now, since I'm at it.
This'll be easy, and it'll be similar to the original system we have now. In order to get into the divisions, one must get through a Divisions Test, given by a trainer. The test, is then goign to be how we decided what division you are in. Some people do not have to take the test, since I have alraedy had them placed. In a few days, maybe a week, I'll compile a complete list of the four divisions, and set up who gets placed where. But in the meantime, the division your assigned to should be a mental note. The Division Leaders are the ones who hold the Belts right now. Since they already have their belts from previsou fights, they won't need to worry. and since its set up the way they would be put in currently, it won't matter, for they will be assgned to that division. And Remember. You will only be assigned to a division if your into earnign a belt. (Meaning this isn't mandatory to still fight other people for fun) |

| of course. If one shows enough knowledge with that specific sim character. Then all you'd have to do is contact a trainer for valification.
Btw, I have a basic runthrough of the Division Rules posted in SIM. Go check it out. Though I'll be tweaking some rules when I add in a clean looking Table setup. |

| This is alot like people said a while ago about the Belts. I think this system will revolutionize the way sim battles are carried out. Though, I would like to say something about this.
If we have different divisions, we should have more then 1 sim battle area. I mean, there should be one for each division. This way we can easily distinguish each division level. There could also be a area for proveing yourself worthy of going to the next level/fighting the division people of other levels. Oh, and I dont know if I misread, but I have another question. Do the battles to get to leader go like this? Enter division Beat the captain beat the leader Maybe have had to beat some people in the non-head group? Just asking and pointing out a idea and question. |
