Also, there are some foods that can get you to sleep. Turkey doesn't just make people sleepy because they eat so much on Thanksgiving; apparently there is some sort of chemical within it that makes people sleepy. Same with milk - warming the milk up somehow makes this chemical more powerful.

Do the math. Warm milk, Turkey, and beating off. You'll get to sleep soon enough.


It's weird, on school days where I may have gotten like 6 hours of sleep, I go through the day completely fine. But if I go into school after having a good 8-9 hour sleep, I seem to keep extremely tired throughout the entire day ...

I also have trouble falling back asleep, about every morning. My alarm hardly wakes me up these days, since I usually wake up a few minutes, or an hour before it or whatnot. I'll try to go back to sleep, but it seems like I never can (like this morning). It gets really annoying. =

The opposite of insomnia is hyper insomnia. It's when you sleep for 12 hours or longer a day. I have both and it gets fucking confusing.

Now THAT's what I have now. I slept all night, all day, went to work for two hours, left cause I wasn't feeling well, then went back to sleep and slept all night and day all over again.

Mostly it's because of my pregnancy, otherwise becasue my sleep schedule is so messed up. But yeah. I like sleeping.
