| I'm just curious as to why you say that it is fishy to be honest.
Oh, and a note for my character's power up thing: there is only one form, and I use it for more powerful opponents, not to gain the upper hand, but to make it even, since Jade's first form is basic and for weaker battles. It will most likely be used against Zenthiroth, since his power level is rather high from what I see in his profile. |

It doesnt matter if you have only seen 1 of my other fights, I know my skills and how to use them on the fly. Just like everyone else, I to am gearing up for this tournament with new tricks and surprises you will have to wait to see. Besides, I also have things up my sleeve that not a single one of you know of yet (in my new story about Desroth) that will blow your mind. As for SEAL knife training, you wont get past my armor with a knife (i let Drizzt wound me to be fair to him in the fight. although he was good, if i had fought with my character without holding that back, i wouldnt have taken stab wounds from his knifes). Description is a good thing, but to much is also bad. I am telling you as a fair warning, if you structure your post so much, all it will take is one move; one single, simple attack that will demolish your post. And for your information, it doesnt take pure power and description to win, it takes skill and a little bit of luck to get you through. And the next note, people here do power up their moves, just not alot of people. Not all of us use huge attacks without prior charging. PS: I hope you dont screw up in your detail and get tossed out for breaking a rule, but then again it would be funny to see someone as "good" as you fall like that... |

Wow, this already sounds like a war....and the tournament didn't even start yet. 
Can't everyone just relax and have some fun? I mean, honestly, this tournament is not meant to be an all out slaughter fest..... Ok, fine. Maybe it is.

| You assume that i'm using an average knife/blade, heh. Between the Quadra Blade, Energy Cyllander, and especially "Auraka", your armor will be put to quite the test. I suppose mine will as well..though i somehow doubt most people here have the knowledge to break through it. Not the skill, mind you..but it takes more than skill to even come close to beating this character.
I know the rules..no teleportation to avoid attacks..no summons..no extreme healing on the fly..so on. I have no need of any of that. Two of my weapons are sentient, and one has full freedom of movement on its own. With Nights speed, short-range teleportation is pointless. (Yes...he can easily exceed "light" speeds. Over 1,000,000,000 feet a second. I just hope no one here tries to hit those speeds in their fight with me. I assume you all know the consequinces of attaining similar velocities?) Des..i want you to do me a favor. Bring EVERYTHING you have to this fight. I'm going to be honest..i want you to beat me. I want you to be better. I've been the quote-unquote "best" for too long..it is starting to get boring. So kick my ass, if you have the talent. Your apparent ability for finding openings in well-written attacks shows me that you have some..i just hope you have more. (I've listed a few weapons here. Anyone in the tourny can feel free to PM me requesting info on Auraka, the Quadra Blade, the Energy Cyllander, the Chaos Gauntlet, and my armor...provided they are willing to provide similar information, of course.) |

| I just want to let people know, whoever I may fight, that I use two original elementals- Energy and Anti-Magic. I'm sure all of you can imagine what Energy is like (think lasers) but I want to clarify any coming misunderstandings of what "Anti-Magic" is.
Contrary to what you may first think, this particular elemental has absolutely nothing to do with nullifying someone else's magic or spells. Instead, think back to your physics class in school (if you've taken one yet). I'm sure you've heard of matter and "anti-matter". For each particle that exists there exists an anti-particle. Example- Electron / Positron. Neutron / Neurtrino (I think). The concept of Anti-Magic is the very same thing. For each of my elementals I have exists an opposite, or anti elemental. And, just like how matter and anti-matter create an annihilating effect/explosion when coming into contact with each other, spells from the Anti-Magic have an annihilating explosion when making contact with spells or beings made from normal elementals. Although the way I set it up is that a normal spell and an "anti-spell" of the opposing normal elemental cause this phenomenon. Here's an example: Fire + Anti-Ice = destructive blast. Dark + Anti-Light = destructive blast. Hopefully no one will get confused by this and claim cheapness on my part. But know that the chances of me using that elemental can be as rare as Hell freezing over. It depends on the situation. (Last edited by Cyro Xero on 07-28-05 06:59 PM) |

that in itself makes this tournament a sham. If one runs the tourny, they cant participate in it, I mean HE is the one that did the pairings. isnt that odd to you all? |

| Sparda participated in his own tournament and no one complained then. So what if he choses to participate, he still has to actually fight to win it, and he will conceed defeat when he is beated *knows from experience*
True, notice that you're not the only one. *sheepish grin* As for Leon and Benja not fighting each other... well, I don't know how he did the pairings, but I know that the two usually don't fight each other, so meh. I don't personally care since it's the first round. |

| I am not aware of my opponet right now, however who you are, expect one HELL of a battle, cause thats exactly what your gonna get. I intend to use 7 Years of Tribulation in this tournament, I have never once fully used it, started yes, ended no. For 1 reason alone.... I beleive I said this once before to those who have come across me.
