| Techno: A style of European dance music, usually with a beat of 120 bpm or over. Heavy drum beats and synthesizers are used throughout the duration of the song, and contains no other instruments. In Techno CDs, the songs shift from one to another with little or no transitions or silences. Se also: Trance, Tribal, House, Electronica. |
