quantity over quality for me, which means all my animes are in .rm, .ram, and .rmvb formats... so i'll be watching it on realplayer XD

why bother DLing a 150MB file when i can get it in 60MB...? upside, fits more on discs, downside, cant make a DVD out of it with that format =/

but still, i'm not a patient man when it comes to DLing =/

Most of the anime I watch is in .ogg or .mkv format...

And as I like to say, why download a 60MB file when you could download a 350MB one?

I usually download entire series at once though, so download times can be a pain in the ass.

I mostly watch it on a projector screen in the Anime Film Cult at my school, through Winamp if I am not mistaken.

Otherwise, DVDs.

You know, Jexim has all the episodes of NGE and the movies...

You could just get them from him.

Oh and by the way, since I've began downloading Dual Audio, I've made sure to use Japanese as a default language (I was traumatized by RahXephon)

Where's VLC player?

It's honestly a good media player though, saves the hassle of having to download and install any codecs, since it already plays occ's, ogm's and other files like that.

But, I don't watch anime at my house, I just leach off my friends.

Having a job and the money to do so, I import everything I watch. I have a multiregion DVD player (also imported before they were available in the US) for all the stuff that just doesn't have a US release. And, I usually don't like any of the US release things either. I'd prefer them in their original language (meaning that I do have some Chinese and Korean things as well as the Japanese stuff).

I watch my anime on TV, then after the whole series is over I buy the DVDs for nostalgia, especially if its a really good series I REALY enjoyed. I buy manga and download it when im impatient (Naruto....ahem) for the graphic novel form to come out.
