But then Avron remembered what Kasai said. "Your timid." But then another voice echoed in his mind. "Step out on a limb..." "Lady Artemis..." He said quietly before she was too far away. |

| Avron froze. Artemis's words had echoed another's. He looked back at her. "Alright." He said slowly. Pulling free his arm he straightened up to his full, and considerable height. "I wanted to know how is it you can be so calm and open. You seem so open to others. It is probably more than obvious that I am not. I would just like a bit of advise on how to become more open to others." One person crossed his mind. "Especially one who... who I would like to get to know better." | Avron nods as she speaks, but remains silent. After Artemis walks away Avron turns and starts to walk back to his own room. As he walked he thought about what she had said.
He walked silently into his room and closed the door. Walking over to the bed he removed his cloth covered sword, and leaned it against the wall next to the bed. He then removed his chain shirt, and with a second thought his boots. And with the rest of his clothes on he climbed into bed. Before drifting off to sleep he looked at the cloth covered sword, and said "Fine... I'll try." Then rolled over and fell to sleep. |

| Avron woke with the sunrise, and dressed in fresh clothes. After putting on his boots, and chain shirt he grabbed his sword, and walked out to the stables. After rescuing one of the grooms from Farn, who had him by the coat collar, he set about tending to the war horse.
After about three hours Avron checked his gear still in the cart, and then walked back to the castle for breakfast. Entering the dinning hall a few moments after Artemis. |

As Artemis enters the dinning hall she spots Elara. "Good morning Elara, did you rest well? I hope you find breakfast alright." She takes a seat at the side, next to Elara and serves herself some fresh fruit, among them rasberries, as well as a bowl of warm oatmeal. She looks up as she sees Avron enter the room. She looks at Elara and then back at him and smiles. "Good morning Avron. I hope you slept well. Please, take a seat next to the lovely Elara and join us in breakfast." |

| Avron looked up at the mention of his name. He nods in answer to Artemis's question. And is about to say something when Artemis spoke again. And only blinked. He then looked at Elara as she spoke. "Well enough." He said after a moment.
Avron took a step toward the table then stopping he looked up at Artemis then at Elara. Looking back at Artemis he said "I wouldn't want to bother..." He then paused for a moment. Looking at his feet he said "I wouldn't want to trouble you, but one of your grooms became victim to Farn's sense of humor." He then walked over to the table and sat one seat down from Elara. "Did you two sleep well?" He asked Elara, and Artemis as he started to serve himself breakfast. His face not as grim as usual. (Last edited by Elara on 05-16-05 02:56 AM) |

| Avron was taken aback by Artemis's words. "I don't want to bother Lady Elara." He said finally.
As Elara asks about the others he looks back at his breakfast. He seemed to be thinking about something. And by the moment his face slid into it's usual grim mask. |
