I once tried putting a flash version of the top blue banner in my layout, but it came out much smaller than it looked. Is there a reason for this and can it be fixed so I have it up? To see what it looks like, click it and go to the wallpaper section, from there look to the left and click on banners. You'll see the there. |

| I couldn't help but notice this. People, there are layout rules, in case you haven't noticed. They are the forum announcements for General Art. If your layout has a scrollbar, do not put any useless text in the headers and footers. It makes the scrollbar appear which is ridiculously annoying.
