I'm fine but still so runny thesedays for whatever reason, damn allergies! Guess I'm worse in the winter. Chapped lips too... my sister says coconut oil works wonders for that, might have to try it out.

Seems like 2 out of the 3 house guests we've got at the moment are sick, and a friend with flu-like symptoms came over and took a nap in my bed, wrapped up in Brandon's blankets and using Brandon's pillows.

Yeah... sickness is coming our way.

OK... I did a shoot on Monday where I was exposed to at least 100 people throughout the night and I got almost no sleep.

Then doing LOJ over the last couple days I've had AT LEAST 1,000 people around me, many of whom coughing, also into the middle of the night.

My throat hurts. Yep, definitely getting sick. Fuuuuck.

Had the flu today. Got it from Brandon who started having the symptoms this morning, after my parents were apparently suffering it on Sunday. Been throwing up several times today and feeling achy.

Nov. 1, when our local library is doing free flu shots, can't come soon enough.

Hopefully by that time you will be clear of symptoms, because I know they won't give it to you otherwise.

I got my shot at the end of August. I learned after last year that back to school time is death when you are in retail. I've had some allergy-related icky feelings (mostly sinuses) but other than that, I've been surprisingly good.

Now, I am sure that a cold is gonna hit me as soon as winter starts, but that is not here yet.

I had just gotten over being sick with bronchitis and mucus filling up every orifice, and today I woke up with a sting in my throat. Dammit, every single time it gets cold!

I recently encountered moderately severe gastrointestinal distress that, along with past near-identical incidents, leads me ot believe that like much of the family I'm at least mildly lactose intolerant.

Thankfully it's not severe, I just need to not eat too much cheese. Sandwich-quantities are acceptable. Two slices of pizza with extra cheese are not.

Least you know now haha, not fun. How about milk? I've felt so much better since I switched to coconut, been about two years now. I can't go back now, cow milk is just pure sour nastiness to me now.

I can drink milk, I just... usually don't. It's rare that we have any fresh enough to taste right to me, since I'm extremely picky about it.

God, I'm surrounded by sick people. This past week so many staff members were out with a cold and lots of clients were showing up to program without coats or sweaters, coughing up a storm.

One, who kept coughing on me in the van, ended up having a 104 degree temperature that afternoon when one of the staff decided to check him. Another one has been rubbing his snot on EVERYTHING and he too is coughing all over and needed to be sent out with one of our spare wear jackets. In that one's case, even when we called his group home to inform them of his being sick, they said they knew he was when he left and that they weren't going to come get him. FUUUUCK.

Just getting over bronchitis, the same that I had a couple months ago. I get it for so long that I start to think that it's permanent. I move onto the stage of acceptance before it dissipates.

I used to get bronchitis a lot. It's more annoying paired with strep throat. Sorry you get it so often, Cteno.

So I've completed one week with this cold. I ended up going to urgent care on my birthday, the same day I started this. I went in thinking I was having a heart attack, but the doctor suspects I have a hiatal hernia. So that, along with an anxiety attack and the beginnings of a cold, and I'm feeling like total shit on my 30th.

Not sure if I got the cold from my parents, Brandon, my co-workers, the clients, or if it's generally con crud from Anime L.A. a couple weeks ago, but I was literally inundated with germs from EVERYWHERE.

Everybody is sick at my work constantly, it's a bit strange. I thought sickness spread around pharmacies a lot and obviously because everyone is touching the same stuff and materials, but we're in cubicles at my new job. Yet there seems to be someone out at least once a week. Maybe just playing hooky lol...

Jesus... My condolences, man.

And, Xeo, I completely know the feeling about co-workers constantly being sick. Working with people with developmental disabilities, most of them don't cover their coughs or sneezes and it seems in the two months I've been working here, there's consistently been at least two staff members sick at any given time. This past week and a half I was one of them.

Only kind of starting to feel like myself, though every day another part of my abdomen hurts like a bitch. The past few days it's felt like I've had terrible menstrual cramps, but it's not that time yet.
