So this girl in the UK, has eaten 4,000 sponges, and 100 bars of soap, because she has this disorder where things that are not food look appetizing. In other people this disorder causes them to eat metal, wood, chalk, etc. She eats the sponges with condiments (relish, mustard, hot sauce, etc). When she's out of the house, she'll have a Tupperware container filled with cut up sponges in barbecue or teriyaki sauce. (Last edited by Rogue on 02-29-12 03:02 PM) |

| Well I guess that is why she has no weight issues.
I've seen stuff like this before when I visited a psychiatric museum... they had this display of all these nuts, buttons, screws, and other crap one patient had eaten that they cut out of her stomach... it was a two-foot diameter circle of stuff. |
