| I keep hearing from older family that people are just simply looking for older young adults for real jobs and people with more experience. Even with a degree, it's still damn tough to find a good job right now from what I'm hearing. Lots of people are taking up two part time jobs, companies are knocking down full timers to part time so they don't have to pay them benefits, my sister was being worked 35 hours at Target which is the ultimate max for part time. $9 an hour is not bad at all right now. Not comfortable to live off of at all, but yeah, you have to take what you can get it right now.
On that note should be hearing back on maybe three jobs this week and have a few calls to make. I recommend you guys hit up careerbuilder if you haven't and build up a nice looking good resume. It took like a month or two, but I've suddenly gotten several calls within the last week or so. You either need connections to get into jobs or just pure luck with randomly applying online everywhere, at least in my experience. |

| I'm not 100% positive, but I was talking with a coworker who has been there for two years and mentioned that I make $7.50 instead of $7.25 like everyone else and he said "are you on unrestricted hours?" and I said yeah. Yah. I died, actually. Almost. Step-dad has cancer. Near the last stage. Preparing to bury the second dad I've had in my life. Probably sounds dark, but the brightside is I was lucky enough to have someone else when the first died when I was 11.  YAY!!!
Enough mood killer. I don't "prefer" any result. I just made the guidelines. This part of experimentation is just to set guidelines and see what happens. Sometime next week I'll post the full extent to what we've had here.
